Beautiful little place in the heart of Barolo, great service, excellent cuisine and wide selection of wines. Being vegan they promptly adapted their menu to our request, we felt at home. The people who work at ROSSOBAROLO were able to give us advice on the area and the wine to choose. An experience to repeat :)

It's a shame we can't give 6 stars... the food is extraordinary and the staff are attentive and friendly. What is priceless however is the atmosphere, every time we have been happy at Rossobarolo. Thank you so much

Beautiful space and very friendly staff, they suggested a wine with each course. I ordered the traditional set menu and enjoyed each course. The dishes were portioned well, to give the appropriate room for wine, the owner is very good with pairing and happy to help (with translation from the server). They gave me time to digest before being my next course and we're very adept with the timing of each course. If you're in the area, give this spot a try!

Restaurant review: very nice place with excellent and friendly service. Prices were good for the excellent quality of the food. Because that is really the star of this restaurant, the food. We had the wild boar anf the brasati di manzo fossano, both excellent and soft. Salt levels were perfect. Allround would really recommend coming here when in Barolo.

In the heart of Barolo, the RossoBarolo restaurant represents an authentic celebration of the Piedmontese culinary tradition. Led with passion by the owners Patrizia and Emanuele, this place offers a gastronomic experience that expertly blends quality, creativity and love for local cuisine.
My experience began with the "Carne Cruda di Fassona chopped with a knife with Langa mustard". The freshness and delicacy of the meat, skillfully cut by hand, combined perfectly with the light spiciness of the local mustard, enhancing the authentic flavors of the territory.
To follow, the "Ravioli del Plin ai due Roasts with Alpine Butter and Sage" represented a triumph of flavours. The thin pasta contained a tasty filling, while the mountain butter and sage seasoning added an aromatic note that harmoniously completed the dish.
To conclude, the "Marchesa Cake" proved to be a refined and enveloping dessert, with a soft texture and a balanced taste that left a sweet and persistent memory.
The welcoming environment and attention to detail from the staff made the whole experience even more enjoyable. RossoBarolo is not just a restaurant, but a place where the food and wine tradition of the Langhe is celebrated with authentic passion and professionalism.

This restaurant is located in the heart of the magnificent town of Barolo: just driving along the roads alongside the most famous (unique!) vineyards in the world is a pleasure for the eyes; if you then add the gastronomic experience in this place, managed with great passion and professionalism by the owners, you reach perfection for a quick escape to Piedmont for two. I tried the chicken salad (raised on hazelnuts and honey) which I hadn't found since time immemorial: the meat was simply magnificent in terms of softness and flavor accompanied by crunchy pear and fennel salad that seemed to have just been picked. The traditional Piedmontese vitello tonnato was perfect for cooking and color with a sauce in which the flavors of tuna and caper did not prevail but accompanied the thin slices just right. We tasted both the agnolotti del plin with mountain butter (very fragrant and creamy!) and the squares with brasolo: the pasta sheet reminded me of the one still hand-rolled by our grandmothers and the consistency was just right both for collecting the seasoning and for containing the tasty filling. The portions were so generous that they prevented us from continuing with the cheese platter or the second courses (but we will return to try them). For greed, then, we took both the tarte tatin with a scoop of ice cream and the hazelnut cake with eggnog: both delicious. The staff, young and competent, very friendly and polite. Mrs. Patrizia is friendly and very kind and welcomes you with a smile on her face, making you feel immediately at ease. An excellent experience that we plan to repeat. Thank you for your welcome and kindness.

Small restaurant located in the center of the town of Barolo offering typical dishes of the area.
The dishes are really excellent, the Barolo risotto is really good, the Barolo braised meat and the hazelnut cake with Moscato d'Asti delicious too.
Add to this that for each dish they bring you other delicious portions of bread, focaccia, rye crackers and breadsticks produced by their pasta factory and you can't help but be full.
The whole thing is completed by the great kindness of the waiters and the fairly average prices.
If you take a tour of Barolo it is a must.
Highly recommended!

Pur non avendo prenotato siamo riusciti a sederci presentandoci all'apertura.
Pranzo squisito!
