My boyfriend and I found this restaurant by chance during our visit to Barolo. The waiters are very friendly and made us feel at ease right away. We were served a welcome aperitif consisting of a Russian salad and a mix of focaccia, breadsticks, and bread. The ravioli are excellent, satisfying us to the last bite, accompanied by a nice glass of Dolcetto. To top it all off, we were treated to a taste of their Barolo and cinnamon biscuits, served with a smile. We've already recommended it to a couple of friends, and I recommend it to you too. Congratulations, truly.

We went for dinner last night and had a great time! Excellent food, discreet and fast service, and good wine. The young man who served us gave us recommendations for some wineries, speaking about them in a truly engaging and passionate manner—truly brilliant! Special thanks to the blond waiter who prepared some cheeses for us to take away and left us a note with the explanations! I absolutely recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!

Today I had lunch with some friends at Rossobarolo. I had booked almost by chance, as the other restaurants in the area were already full... and I must say it was one of those surprises that make your day better. The restaurant welcomed us with a warm and refined atmosphere, and the service was impeccable: friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. The dishes truly won us over. Quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and elegant presentations. The Barolo risotto was one of the highlights of the lunch: creamy, intense, and perfectly balanced in flavors. The other courses also confirmed the quality of the cuisine. You can sense the attention to detail. The wine list is also excellent. We ate at this restaurant on a delightful Sunday spent in Barolo. The quality of the restaurant is high, and the courtesy of the waiters is equally high. We sat at a table where shortly afterward a small welcome appetizer of Russian salad with bread and focaccia arrived. The waiter's professionalism in describing the various types of wine, with specific characteristics of origin and vintage, confirmed our excellent impression of the restaurant. The dishes were excellent, from appetizer to dessert, which was truly the icing on the cake. We will definitely return on another trip out of town.
