Cozy place with a wide choice of tasty food and excellent wine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every time we pass through these parts, the culinary stop at Rossobarolo is a pleasant obligation.

the only restaurant open in Barolo in the low season (Thursday 12 December), it saved my dinner! very young and very courteous staff, good tagliolini with Fossona ragù, excellent goat yogurt ice cream with honey. Final appetizer and sweets offered by the house. The only "flaw" if I can call it that: the portion of tagliolini was small: a couple of forkfuls more would have been just right to take away the hunger. The portion of ice cream however was generous. Excellent quality.

A place we always return to, a great menu and friendly, efficient service. Truly recommended. Don't miss the desserts and let yourself be guided in choosing the dishes and especially the wines. Thank you Mrs. Patrizia for the warm welcome as always!

Ogni volta che veniamo in zona non possiamo mancare la RossoBarolo. Tutto ottimo, lo staff efficiente e gentile. Ci siamo sempre lasciati consigliare sul menu e soprattutto sul vino, con grande soddisfazione. Non perdetevi i dolci! Grazie signora Patrizia per l’accoglienza sempre calorosa

Pur non avendo prenotato siamo riusciti a sederci presentandoci all'apertura. Il locale è carino e ben arredato. Abbiamo bevuto due calici di buon Barolo per accompagnare la carne cruda di antipasto che ci è piaciuta molto, così come anche il risotto al Barolo, il tutto con aggiunta di un buonissimo olio EVO. Pranzo squisito!

26/12/2024: I am writing this review a little late - my husband and I had dinner at Acquasale in October 2024, together with a large group of guests from our wedding, which we would have celebrated a couple of days later :) The cuisine is excellent, as are the wines - we ordered a bit of everything, but everyone's favorites were the tajarin and seafood cavatielli! The owner and the staff are very kind, they managed our group with enormous professionalism, kindness and friendliness. We highly recommend the restaurant to everyone! Thanks again for the excellent dinner.
29/11/2024: Simple but delicious food. The place is very clean.
