An old-school osteria. Very simple but authentic. Obviously, it's not the best for those looking for modernity. But if you're looking for spectacular tortelloni, cured meats from the Arabian Nights, and excellent service, then this is the place to go, and it's worth a try. Top 👍👍

We ate a trio of first courses, gnocco and tigelle and mixed cold cuts, I must say that we ate very well, in a beautiful room with a fireplace!

15/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A guarantee in San Prospero! I went to Mamma Rosa on Via del Mulino on Friday evening with my family and, as always, it was top notch. The place is spotless, the exterior is spacious and well-kept, and parking is convenient. We had both pizza and fish: the pizza was very good and light, as always, the mixed fried fish was crispy and not at all greasy, and the grilled fish was incredibly fresh. Generous portions. Very fast service and very kind waiters, even when the place was full. The quality/price ratio was excellent for a fish specialty. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Osteria La Confusa

12/08/2026: A delightful discovery: the liver crostini and the pici all'aglione were excellent. The ricciolina, Abbadia San Salvatore's signature dessert, was also excellent. Excellent value, too. I'll be back.
04/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal, and the owner is a wonderful person. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back. Thanks!
