A refined bistro located in an intimate corner in the heart of the city, with traditional dishes revisited in a contemporary key. As Tuscans who love and are accustomed to the flavor of meat, we were struck by the tripe, cheek and guinea fowl, excellent cooking, defined flavors and graceful plating. We also particularly appreciated the friendly, welcoming and attentive service that pleasantly accompanied our dinner. The idea of a fixed price based on the number of dishes chosen is attractive: less than €80 in total for 3 dishes per person. Absolutely recommended!

Everything really excellent. Very good meatball but one is not enough!. Amazing maccheroncini with ragù. Unmissable. Very tender beef cheek with a perfect sauce. Maybe just a pinch more salt. Great selection of wines and coffee too. Super recommended.

Very tasty and appreciated dinner. Portions not abundant. The Amarone beef cheek is exceptional. Typical but revisited cuisine. Elegant and formal environment, perhaps a little too much. The waiters could have been more friendly even towards the little girl.

High expectations which were unfortunately not met. Food is quite ok but not great. The menu sounds intriguing but in reality the food is just decent. Certainly not fine dining. Tries a bit too hard to be special.

We enjoyed a delightful lunch on a warm day, prior to delivering one of our three sons at the airport. Nice prix fixe concept, inspiring dishes, kind service. Nice house cocktail too. The only distraction was a family with a small daughter next to us who received to much attention from her doting parents .
Rightly recommended by Michelin!
