We returned after 3 years. Top quality, price: 3 tastings for €40 each (with the option to choose your own dishes), 1 water + a bottle of wine for €18—do the math.

Yesterday was an excellent new culinary experience! Everything was delicious, excellent Piedmontese cuisine of the highest quality, both in terms of ingredients, cooking, and presentation! We'll definitely be back!

Excellent choice! We went for lunch on Sunday and really enjoyed the light menu, which was the perfect balance for trying different dishes without overdoing it. The portions were adequate, there was an excellent wine selection, the location was very nice, and the service was friendly and fairly quick (I was worried, given some reviews and because we had a commitment, but it turned out very well!)

Our experience at La Salita last week was simply fantastic. The quality of the food was simply outstanding (Plin Pasta & Veal Cheeks) in my case. We have tried many restaurants around this beautiful area but the combination of highest quality food, wine, service at a very reasonable price is in my view hard to beat. Michaela's knowledge on wine and how to best pair with your chosen dish and personal budget is off the scale. A visit to Monforte would be incomplete if you don't take the time to experience this outstanding establishment.

19/10/2025: Good food, but little attention to customer service: Dishes are left on the table without any presentation. Jams and cheeses are left without cutlery. Eggs are shared directly on the plate.
19/10/2025: We stumbled upon this osteria by chance. Initially, they told us there was no room, but then, inexplicably, they seated us. The food was absolutely excellent, but I'm sorry to say the service left a bit to be desired. As for appetizers, we had a cheese tasting, but no explanation was given as to what we were eating. The same was true for the jams (which lacked a spoon to scoop them onto our plates). We had to ask for a glass of wine several times. They asked me if I wanted Parmesan, and when I said yes, they simply spooned it onto my plate, spilling half of it on me (they could have left it on the table). Finally, we split the bill Roman-style, and we were charged an extra euro for the overage.

05/11/2025: Beautiful restaurant in the vineyards, impeccable service, and excellent wines recommended by the sommelier. We ate very well and will definitely be back.
