After the summer, we returned in the fall to a new menu featuring seasonal produce. It was a confirmation of the quality of the food, prepared according to tradition. The ribollita was superb. Highly recommended.

Happy happy Umbrian happiness This little place in the tiny town of tuoro is about as classic Umbrian as they come. Good/rustic food, excellent service, and all the classics. You could really do far far worse….

We spent a week on vacation in the region and ate here twice. The food is fantastic, the service very friendly and attentive, and the ambiance cozy and pleasant. A well-deserved 5 stars!

03/03/2026: We stopped for lunch just yesterday...what can I say...FANTASTIC! It has the true, authentic flavors of good Italian cuisine; the delicious taste lingered with us for hours, even after lunch😍 If you're in Perugia, I highly recommend eating at Cukuc! The staff is truly friendly and helpful.
24/02/2026: Don't expect the classic torta al testo.... At least not in appearance...but it's just as good.... There are many varieties.... To please all palates, even the most demanding... The location is informal.... It's perfect for all occasions... Business lunches and dinners or just a dinner with friends... The staff is kind and helpful. I recommend the "io boh"... If you like spicy flavors
