We went with some friends last week, beautiful location, very well kept, especially the little river that runs between the tables, we had excellent and fresh food, good and fast. And finally, the staff was polite and professional, especially Liliana. I recommend it 💯🥂

We ate for lunch on Easter Monday, the place was full but the service was impeccable. Appetizer with refined cured meats and cheeses, applause-worthy coratella, well-made and abundant fettuccine with mushrooms and lamb. Spectacular gentian. Value for money 10. Elegant and welcoming location. Really a nice place to eat, congratulations.

La location è veramente bella, ma sul cibo mi aspettavo decisamente di più. L'antipasto di salumi e formaggi non era niente di che, il territorio è rinomato per la norcineria, eppure niente di straordinario. I due primi piatti, chitarra al tartufo e strozzapreti pomodorini e speck, avevano entrambi lo stesso difetto, pasta leggermente troppo avanti di cottura e troppa sapidità. La tagliata era tenera, ma lasciava un retrogusto di selvatico, troppo accentuato. Buono il vino e il dolce. Il conto decisamente troppo alto. Sinceramente non malissimo, ma non ci tornerei.

Antica dimora fuori le mura

29/08/2025: Alessandra's place is a little gem in the historic center of Scanno. She's a kind and discreet host. She's available for information and even for pleasant conversations. She even stepped in for an unexpected event. In Abruzzo, I've found a warm welcome, which Alessandra transmits to her guests, along with her love for her homeland.

11/05/2025: Simple but well-kept environment, the owner, a cook, is always present as are her two collaborators, Emma and Fabio, who offer a warm service and make you feel at home. The cuisine is excellent. The portions are always generous and the products are of high quality. Prices are affordable. Super recommended.
