Che dire: una bella struttura nel verde ai margini di Pistoia, facile da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio. Menu con ingredienti del territorio di primissima qualità, piatti sinceri, di gran gusto e ben realizzati. Un servizio agile, cordiale ed efficiente che sa consigliare e spiegare. Ottima carta dei vini con ricarichi inferiori al classico x 2 con possibilità di bere bene spendendo da 8 euro in su. Sorprendente trovare nella carta l'ottimo rose' Calafuria della cantina pugliese Tormaresca (Antinori) ed in più ad un prezzo di pochissimo superiore allo shop online. Bravi davvero. Chapeau

Absolutely recommended! Delicious starters, pasta and desserts! Real authentic Italian cuisine with good flavors. I would definitely recommend the Pici alla Norcina. It's a family restaurant; the service is very friendly! We would definitely come back here.

Truly excellent! We stopped by chance while traveling, passing through Pistoia, and found so much courtesy and kindness. Excellent cuisine and average prices.

Second time in this restaurant after a year, the first time to celebrate a friend's birthday, tonight instead with my partner, a couple of friends and our furry children 🐶🐶 We had dinner outside, the tables are quite far from each other, the environment is quiet. Note of merit goes to the Soft Heart Parmesan Cake with Red Onion Sorbet, a delight. Our friends took the Eggplant Cannolo alla Parmigiana and the Potato and Mushroom Cappuccino, which according to them were also of excellent quality. Then we all ordered the Piglet with potato foam and purple potato chips, I presume it could be the main dish of the house, really excellent and well cooked. All accompanied by a bottle of Chianti Classico RISERVA Il Grigio 2020 San Felice. 🍷 We spent around €200, the quality/price ratio seems fair and in line with other places of the same level. We were very satisfied! 🙌

I was at this Osteria in April 2023, a true Italian gastronomic experience, with Tuscan identity in essence, I will definitely want to return soon.

Un delizioso ristorante che, a discapito del nome "trattoria" offre piatti di un equilibrio raffinato e talvolta sorprendente. L'accoglienza è calorosa e familiare, l'ambiente rustico ma elegante e i piatti decisamente ottimi. Vale la sosta e anche il viaggio!
