Very good food, excellent welcome

Characteristic restaurant of the place, good value for money. Welcoming both in terms of place and staff.

Truly a respectable tavern!!! Excellent food and also the pizza, very good! The atmosphere is rustic and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is also room for our animal friends, as long as they are small and calm.

Yummy! Excellent cuisine and inviting menu. Typical local cuisine. Prices are in line with the market and for some dishes even cheap. Well made legume soup €10, normal portion. Smooth focaccia €3.50. Very good fried food and made fresh, €1.50 each for courgette flowers and supplì, while €0.50 for the Ascoli olive. Unfortunately the place is ugly, even if there are various rooms, perhaps the one we were in was the ugliest... The lights are all of different temperatures, uncomfortable seats. Temperature not too hot. Furnishings a little shabby. Staff quite friendly, kind, very calm in serving, it must also be because it was the evening of January 1st. Advised.

We probably didn't eat the main dish, which is the pinsa, but we chose à la carte, and it wasn't exceptional. The service very chaotic. Good value for money.

Restaurant located not far from the lake, without too many demands for the location. It also serves as a pizzeria, but my rating is for the restaurant. Very rich and varied starter for two people with many regional and excellent quality cured meats. Well cooked and prepared stew, good meat. Credit for the truly tasty beans.

I always get pappardelle with wild boar in white and stewed wild boar and they do it very well

Well recommended by a colleague we had lunch at this very characteristic Osteria in Bolsena. The room is welcoming with stone walls and a ceiling with wooden beams. The dishes were really good, the Francigena starter was excellent and the two first courses were Ravioli, Porchetta and Potatoes and Lunghetti, Cacio e Pepe, really good. Also noteworthy is the semifreddo with amaretto and dark chocolate. The service at the right times, courteous and helpful staff. Price appropriate to the quality. I will definitely come back to try the pizza too.

In centro a Bolsena, si può mangiare in un locale tipico storico come questo, immergendosi nella tipica cucina della Tuscia, con in più anche le pizze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Abbiamo pranzato in questa osteria con dei nostri amici che già conoscevano il posto. In un grazioso vicoletto di Bolsena, siamo stati accolti all’interno per evitare la calura di questa estate nelle ore più calde, ma erano disponibili anche dei tavoli fuori direttamente in un piccolo e caratteristico spiazzale sul vicolo. Servizio nella norma. Vino della casa discreto. Cibo da veri ghiottoni.. fra le altre cose abbiamo assaggiato delle golosissime polpette di porchetta e di mortadella, e anche i ravioli alla porchetta e poi lo stinco di maiale… Le foto parleranno da sole.. Ingredienti ottimi e di qualità, inventiva e fantasia nelle ricette… era tutto invitante e super squisito e il nostro pranzo è stato una esperienza davvero piacevole! Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!
