In a street where most of the places are tourist-oriented, this tavern serves authentic Pisan and Tuscan specialities. Pleasantly surprised by the dishes that could have been the same ones my mother and grandmother cooked and not just in a manner of speaking. One above all the rabbit. Absolutely recommended both for tourists who want real local food and for locals who want to have a delicious meal in an enchanting place near the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

Nice place, typical cuisine of the region, very different from the tone of the surrounding places, excessively touristy. Well prepared and tasty dishes, very friendly service. Good value for money, we tried the house specialties, a selection of cold cuts, and a high quality walnut cake with sabayon. Highly recommended.

I like it when the waiter explains the dishes! Small but welcoming restaurant, impeccable service, good food at very honest prices. The wine cellar is beautiful. I recommend booking a table.

Piatti tradizionali molto buoni sia di carne che di pesce, cacciucco davvero squisito, tagliate molto buone e primi top. Consiglio il Terramisu’ davvero originale ! centralissimo e personale gentile e disponibile.

Giro in famigli dopo la visita alla famosa Torre di Pisa . Locale tipico toscano così come il menu. Staff veramente ospitare, servizio rapido nonostante le tante portate di carne abbiamo mangiato quasi tutti simultaneamente. rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo super consigliato
