Un cena perfetta, con piatti ben eseguiti e appetitosi e la voglia di accontentare il cliente, anche chi vuole una cottura della carne che magari non si usa in toscana. Ottima tagliata, buono flan di cacao e frutti di bosco, vino eccellente. Da rivedere la seduta non comodissima e l'illuminazione che potrebbe essere più studiata e più soffusa.

Excellent Pisan/Tuscan cuisine. After the tour of Piazza dei Miracoli, we went in search of a typical restaurant. The street where L'Osteria is located is full of gastronomic offers of all sorts, some clearly touristy, so we were afraid of getting ripped off, but we were tired and resigned, given that it was already after 2.30pm. We relied on the reviews and absolutely confirm the excellent quality of the Osteria in Domo. What we liked: 1) even though it was late (3pm) they let us have lunch peacefully. 2) typical Tuscan menu, excellent dishes served in an elegant manner. 3) recommended the mucco peposo, the Cecina, the cantucci with vin santo and the "terra-misú". Price in line with the average, indeed, more than honest, considering the quality and the fact that it is located a few steps from the tower. I couldn't drink wine... I had to drive But I would have liked... I thought I saw a nice cellar at the back of the place
