Giro in famigli dopo la visita alla famosa Torre di Pisa . Locale tipico toscano così come il menu. Staff veramente ospitare, servizio rapido nonostante le tante portate di carne abbiamo mangiato quasi tutti simultaneamente. rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo super consigliato

The dishes we took, chicken Cacciatore and a dish that I can't even explain because it was a characteristic Genoese pasta-type dish with fish and courgettes and various ingredients, were excellent. Excellent bread too. All of excellent quality.

Waitress was very frowny for some reason. We were just given a huge stack of disorganised menus which were not translated properly to English, so we still couldn’t understand what each dish was when looking at the “translation”. When I asked to have some description of the dishes, she was frustrated, described 2 dishes carelessly and left us again. The pasta with truffle was soso, braised beef and tiramisu were delicious. The chicken dish came without a side, and we were not advised to add a side for that dish. A meh experience overall.

Un délice. Repas en famille. Serveuse au petit soin qui parle également super bien anglais. Les pâtes ainsi que la viande étaient d’excellente qualité. A quelques pas de la tour et sans être attrape touriste

Typical Pisan tavern a stone's throw from the Tower of Pisa. Excellent food and great value for money. Absolutely worth trying!

Excellent food and adequate prices, trained and courteous staff...excellent location a stone's throw from Piazza dei Miracoli (Leaning Tower)...we will return.

If you pass through Pisa you absolutely must eat here. We took the tasting menu, the food is great and you don't spend much. 5 super deserved stars

30/06/2024: Unfortunately, I am reviewing last time's 5-star rating downwards. They gave us a separate table on the street next to one of the doors where cars were passing by 1 meter away, many of them with zero euro diesels! (If you don't have room when you book just say so). An unpleasant fishy smell came from inside. The food wasn't bad although the tempura cod was soaked in oil and the tagliolini lacked a bit of kick. Good service even if just one waiter running back and forth isn't enough... you're almost afraid to ask him for toothpicks. Sin. A more than positive experience both for the quality of the raw materials and for the workmanship. Attentive and friendly service. Among those visited in Casciana, this restaurant stands out completely from the others! I don't know what the count is... I haven't finished dinner yet... but when you feel good it's relative!

25/07/2024: Place discovered on local indications, it was a pleasant experience...warm and friendly staff, excellent regional cuisine, impeccable service (from the kitchen to the dining room), excellent quality/price ratio (special treatment for military personnel)...we will be back.
