This is the fourth time I've been back, personally it's one of the top 3 taverns in Parma, an informal place suitable for groups of friends but also for couples who want to eat very well, typical dishes with an eye towards the modern, the black pork platter is absolutely worth trying!!!

beautiful experience! high quality food from vegetables to meat, above all not the usual raw materials (frozen like everyone else takes) but fresh and different. incredible staff, they are friendly and professional. I honestly never expected it and I was very satisfied with it. congratulations to all the staff! we will be back very soon. thanks for the nice evening

Local near the motorway exit, we stopped for lunch and were pleasantly surprised; very friendly and knowledgeable wait staff, excellent cured meats and amazing first courses. Compliments

Con alcuni miei colleghi siamo stati a cena in questa osteria. Eravamo in 8 , come anticipato salumi e torta fritta molto buoni entrambi e come primo risotto all’ Amarone molto buono anche questo. Servizio veloce una buona cantina per quanto riguarda i vini rossi che si abbinano con le varie carni alla griglia che fanno.

Premetto che tutto è stato di nostro gradimento, dal tagliere, ai primi piatti ed anche i secondi nonche' i dessert sono stati ampiamente soddisfacenti. Tutto però ha però il suo prezzo e quindi alla fine non ci si può lamentare se il conto è consono alla qualità. Un conto un po' corposo ma che lascia un buon sapore!!!!

24/02/2025: Great food great service. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend the torta di cipolle caramellata, crema di parmigiano. Truly amazing lunch!
15/02/2025: Returning from a weekend at the seaside we decide to stop in this characteristic place in the province of Parma in Loc.Gaione. The environment is elegant but with a lot of tradition. They let us sit in the room and we opt for a tasting journey called "Equilibrio". Light dishes, excellent accompaniments with a touch of tradition and innovation together. Excellent fresh pasta made by the young chef. And finally a repudiation with their hand-whipped cream ice cream with chocolate sauce, a delight. In short, a place to try and discover.
