I've been coming to Norcino for three years when I pass through Parma for work. The place feels very homey, with a lovely stove at the entrance that warms you up on winter evenings. The decor is rustic, but as you'd expect from an osteria.
Indulge in generous (or very generous) portions of culatello with a good bottle of Lambrusco, and then finish with cappellacci or some other cuts of meat. I think I've tried every dish on the menu several times, and there's nothing more to say than to simply try it!

Passing by for work, I ate a very tender slice of Romagnola, truly exceptional, it had been a long time since I had eaten such a good one, I will definitely be back!

4€ service and 3€ for half a litre of tap water are exaggerated, I spent 11€ just to drink water practically, clever! For the rest everything ok, top service, excellent quality, super friendly staff, highly recommended, the total a bit expensive (but not the individual prices of the various dishes)

Osteria il Norcino e situato in perifieria a 5 minuti dall’autostrada… location veramente carina e con spazzi ben distribuiti.
Cena a base di salumi tipici e carni pregiate Fiorentina Wagyu…
Unica nota negativa un po’ troppo sangue nel piatto….

It was recommended to us and we found a place with a particular character, perhaps a little austere on the outside, but warm and welcoming inside. Everything reminds us that we are in the Province of Parma with its excellences.
Professional and empathetic staff, rich menu where meat dishes reign supreme..large portions and fair prices.

In viaggio per Milano, io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di mangiare sulla via in questo ristorante davvero molto carino. Servizio rapido e cordiale, abbiamo mangiato un tagliere misto con torta fritta in accompagno..splendido, poi a seguire guancia con polenta, meravigliosa. Il tutto accompagnato da un valpolicella ripasso perfetto (lista vini molto ampia). Consigliatissimo
