I dined at this restaurant and found everything I'd read positive about it. Excellent food. Nice atmosphere. Excellent service from Giulia. I'll be in the same area for work, and time permitting, so I won't hesitate to choose the same place. Well done.

They can't even indicate the presence of meat on the Italian menu. Which is truly ridiculous. They ruined my dinner! NB: This isn't a criticism of the chef, who is good.

My sister and I ate at Dolce&Salato in Langhirano a few days ago. We asked Elisa for some recommendations, and she greeted us with her wonderful smile, kindness, and professionalism. We'll be back soon.

I go often for both aperitifs and dinner. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and above all clean. The selection of dishes is wide, with quality wines and attentive, smiling staff. Giulia is always very nice and friendly. It's perhaps a little pricey, but I think the quality is worth it. My compliments to the entire staff.

Three of us visited Dolce Sale in Langhirano, and the experience was truly positive. The place is beautiful: bright, modern, and meticulously crafted. Wooden tables, neutral colors, overhead lights, and, above all, plenty of natural light from the large windows. We were seated at a round table, a choice I loved because it made the lunch convivial and relaxed, like being at home. The staff was friendly, attentive, and never intrusive. A special mention goes to the lady who served us: cheerful, attentive, and helpful, always ready to offer advice and understand the customer's needs—a truly beautiful presence in the dining room. For appetizers, we had the pumpkin soufflé and the cheese tasting with house sauces. I saw the latter arriving at practically every table... and after tasting it, I understood why: a wide variety, quality cheeses, and sauces that perfectly enhance the flavors. For first courses, two rice flans and a spaghetti dish with black garlic cream. The rice bomb was my favorite, incredibly flavorful. The spaghetti, on the other hand, impressed me both for its exquisite presentation and its flavor: bold yet balanced and delicate. The desserts concluded the meal impeccably: a tiramisu, a dessert recommended by the waitress (amaretto with mascarpone cream), and a lemon sorbet. Even though two of the three desserts were cream-based, they weren't heavy or "greasy" at all; on the contrary, they were perfect for a non-heavy finish. We were full, yet light, even after dessert. An experience I absolutely recommend and that has already made us want to return, perhaps for dinner, to try other items on the menu, like the pan pizza and other desserts. Highly recommended. 🍽️✨

A very cute and bright place. I discovered it by chance and later returned, always for breakfast. However, I discovered they also serve lunch. I'll be back again, maybe for lunch...
