Authentic flavors in the heart of Parma!
We had a fantastic dinner at Osteria dello Zingaro, located right in the center of Parma. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent — our waiter kindly explained everything in English, which we really appreciated.
We tried the local prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano, which were both top quality, but the highlight for me was the pumpkin ravioli — absolutely delicious and full of flavor! We also enjoyed some lovely desserts to finish off the meal.
A wonderful experience overall — highly recommended if you want to taste authentic local cuisine in Parma!

Magical place, traditional recipes, still cooked as they used to be by excellent cooks, family atmosphere that offers both indoor and outdoor seating, in a cool village in the center, near the Duomo, very nice and professional owner and waiter. Highly recommended!

A nice place near the cathedral and the baptistery of Parma. In this pleasant season, outdoor tables flank the beautiful internal room. Mr. Paolo with an exquisite patience guides you on his gastronomic itinerary with traditional dishes accompanied by a beautiful and rich cellar. Excellent dishes and excellent atmosphere.

The food was good, but the wait was long at all stages (which was probably due to the fact that there were only 2 waiters in the restaurant, one of whom looked after the customers sitting outside and the other the customers inside). The restaurant clearly needs more waiters, and the slowness of the service/overworking of the waiters was noticed by several customers sitting outside.
When sitting outside, there were also cars/motorcycles driving by the tables, which was not very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our lunch here! The space is cozy and beautiful inside, the service was friendly and efficient. We really liked all the food we ordered and the wine was also very nice. Freshly-made desserts also looked amazing - we will need to try them next time!

Ho cenato presso questo ristornate ubicato in pieno centro città a Parma. L'antipasto di salumi misti era proprio buono e abbondante. Molto gustoso lo spezzatino con la polenta. Cameriere di sala giovani e cordiali, così come il titolare. Prezzi nella media della città. Nel complesso un giudizio molto buono, lo consiglio e ci ritornerei

Posto essenziale ma curato al tavolo e nei piatti. Un posto scelto da figlia, per un pranzo con noi genitori. Piatti ben studiati e ben presentati. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo ancora.
