It was our last evening of vacation, so we wanted something different. At Osteria La Rosa Rossa, tradition is delicately revisited, without sacrificing taste and quality. We were pampered from start to finish.

We had lunch today, a trattoria I hadn't found in a long time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the lunch excellent, the entree was fabulous, and the saffron risotto with hare ragù was superb. The chestnut plin pasta was equally delicious, and what can I say about the game tartare? And then the old-fashioned butter with croutons. Truly excellent. Compliments to the kitchen and the wait staff. At the next market... we'll see you again. M. Teresa and Guglielmo.

Lunch for two. The atmosphere was charming and welcoming, the menu interesting. We were a little skeptical about the char dish, which we thought was another type of fish. It was good, but not char.

22/02/2026: The food is always excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.
11/01/2026: Always a guarantee and always a pleasure to return to when in the Cuneo area. The meat is always top-notch, with sublime Bra sausage and a devastating battuta al taglio. No other words are needed. I recommend trying the Barolo Chinato at the end of the meal.
