16/12/2025: Simply an extraordinary experience.
On Saturday evening, we had dinner at this restaurant in Alba, and everything was impeccable, from start to finish.
To start, we had the poached egg with black truffle: fragrant, delicate, and truly sublime. We then sampled a Fassona beef tartare with black truffle, excellent, made with the highest-quality ingredients.
Next, we shared a plate of tajerin with white truffle, pure poetry: perfect pasta, and the truffle was the star.
For our second course, we chose the cheek with white truffle, incredibly tender and rich in flavor, melting in the mouth. Our other dish was a Fassona beef tagliata with white truffle, cooked to perfection and truly memorable.
We ate like a god, one of the best dinners in recent memory.
Special praise also goes to the waitress who served us: kind, professional, attentive, and capable of making us feel pampered throughout the evening.
A restaurant that showcases truffles and local cuisine to the fullest.
We will definitely be back and I recommend it without a doubt.
30/11/2025: Alba is a place rich in culinary offerings: it's hard to stand out.
This restaurant, however, is worth a try: local dishes are carefully prepared and served with attention.
A good selection of wines.
Friendly service without being overbearing.
