The experience was one of a kind, starting with the warmth and hospitality I received from the start, and continuing with lunch. The welcome appetizers served on stone and wood were excellent, and followed by lunch, where it's hard to decide which was better. Each dish was carefully explained as it was prepared, and the flavors were explosions in my mouth that changed my day. The roasted eel was the first discovery, nothing short of sublime, and it was followed by all the dishes, right up to the desserts. There's little to explain; you just have to go and experience their culinary magic. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by again. Thank you for your kindness and for the delicacies you served.

My heart, mind, taste buds all of them are blown away! This restaurant is a whole other level of love, creativity and taste.
The care and detail that went in every dish were sublime. The experience reminded me of the principles of perma culture; honoring time, slowness, the territory, the seasons, use everything, waste nothing, respect the land, respect life. 🙏

A simple and welcoming restaurant, a quiet and pleasant lunch. We had a wonderful time; the service was friendly and welcoming, and the father and daughter team showed great passion for their work.
To begin, the traditional Piedmontese entrees were truly delicious, followed by the juniper ravioli and plin pasta, both excellent. The wood pigeon was spectacular.
We finished with dessert: we were advised to order "only cream," and it was truly worth it.

Questa osteria con il pavimento in grès e i dettagli dell arredamento ti portano indietro nel tempo , la gentilezza con cui vieni accolto e coccolato durante tutto il pranzo è veramente unica
E poi il cibo… piatti originali sia per quanto riguarda l’esecuzione … il gusto e la presentazione
A fine pasto , ci siamo detti …dobbiamo tornare per poter assaggiare gli altri piatti del menu

Ottimo ristorante, curato sia nella cortese accoglienza che nella preparazione dei piatti, che, partendo da ricette della tradizione, le rielaborano con variazioni piacevolissime. Il servizio è attento e preciso, la costruzione dei piatti descritta con accuratezza. Ci siamo sentiti gradevolmente coccolati. Tutto estremamente positivo.
