Nice food with local specialities.

I would have happily given it 5 stars... the desire for research and experimentation is evident throughout, and many dishes are truly "sirable," as they say in my area... The entrée was spectacular, a refined tribute to the region, and the dessert at the end of the meal was equally "wow," both complimentary. The one star removed from the food, unfortunately, is due to the quality of the truffle (which, despite being generously grated on the tajarin, tasted very little) and the meat, which we would have preferred to be local rather than Tuscan, especially given the quality of the Piedmontese beef. Small flaws perhaps, but when a restaurant aims so high and has the expertise to do so, perfection is expected. That said, a meal at La Rosa Rossa is an experience worth trying!

Incredible!!! Everything was perfect: simple yet very warm service, refined and original dishes, a real treat!!! A little bonus: the little "gift" tastings between courses, just brilliant!

If you're in Cherasco or the surrounding area, this is a must-try! Everything was delicious.

If you want to spend two hours enjoying good food and translations expertly connected to current events... you had to try their offerings... the panna cotta is wonderful 😋

This restaurant offers high-quality traditional Piedmontese dishes, tastefully revisited in both the presentation and the food pairings. The entire staff is exceptionally welcoming and courteous. Adele deserves a special mention. She's simply exquisite at the tables, thanks to her kindness, and helpfulness. I highly recommend her. A constant pampering for the customer.

A simple yet tidy place, with characteristic cork cork arrangements lining the walls creating a welcoming atmosphere. Family-run, the dining room is staffed by a friendly, outgoing, and welcoming father and daughter. The menu features traditional dishes: deconstructed, revisited, and presented with a personal, delicious, and meticulous attention to detail. Small tastings return to the table on various occasions, served with specially crafted utensils, always a source of surprise and amazement. A special mention goes to the panna cotta. The wine list is excellent. The dinner was accompanied by expert advice, mingled with a bit of personal and family history. As a welcome gift, a small artisanal panettone was offered upon departure.

After many years of working in Cherasco, I went here and it was a lovely surprise. The food is excellent and served with attention to detail, even the little treats brought between one wait and another. There's a calm atmosphere, no rush, everything flows calmly between one conversation and another. Raquel is always ready to answer any questions about the menu, always smiling, and her father is an expert "waiter." Without taking anything away from the courteous waiter. Glad I was there. Thanks again.

Ambiente semplice ma curato, materie prime di alta qualità Dietro ogni piatto una accurata ricerca e particolari abbinamenti. Se sei curioso e ami sperimentare una cucina di buon livello e’ il posto giusto

Coperto da quatto euro ma... comprende un pre-antipasto con 4-5 bocconcini gourmet e una piccola pasticceria pre dolce, fatta in casa, per niente banale. Inoltre un quattro tipo di pane speciale, anche quelli fatti in casa. Ottima come sempre la cacciagione.
