it's a quaint restaurant with old world charm. food and service was excellent. I did make a mistake and ordered an app, primi and secondi. too much amazing food and I couldn't finish my main. I'd visit again for sure, although who knows when I'll be back in Pavia.

A very quaint location on one of the small streets in the city center. The staff is very kind and friendly. The mixed antipasto platter is delicious and generous, as is the selection of cheeses with matching jams and mustard. The first courses are excellent, especially the risotto. The meat main course is also excellent, cooked perfectly rare, so much so that the meat melted in your mouth. The prices are fair for the quality of the ingredients used and the finished product. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. I ordered "Gorgonzola, Gorgonzola... Gorgonzola." It's a dish consisting of Gorgonzola mousse, two pieces of Gorgonzola (a spicy and a sweet one), and Gorgonzola ice cream... all accompanied by a basket of breadsticks, focaccia, and bread (all very good). For my first course, I ordered a truly delicious risotto alla Milanese. For my second course, a spectacular and very scenic cod dish! To finish on a high note... a delicious crème brulee...
Fair prices.
PS. I'm not a fan of alcohol at all (wine, bitters, etc.), but I ordered a glass of truly delicious sparkling white wine.
What can I say, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back.

I went there for dinner for an anniversary.
The quality of the dishes was excellent, and the service was very attentive and precise in explaining everything they served.
The atmosphere was warm and very well-maintained.
Having a guest with lactose intolerance, there were no problems finding alternatives for all the dishes.
The cake, ordered and made by their pastry chef, was excellent.
The prices (€40 each) were reasonable for the quality offered.
A very positive experience, one I'd like to repeat.
