I was not so hungry so took the starter “Taste of Parmigiano Reggianio” and a glass of strong local red wine. Only one word: Amazing. If you like cheese, try it. Comes with 3 different bread.

The first thing that strikes you is the staff. Kind, nice and very engaging in explaining the dishes to you. Not the classic restaurant where you can eat typical things but a restaurant where you can experience truly brilliant cuisine. Must try

An experience from times gone by! Impeccable service and customer attention are the strong points of this place! They really make you want to come back ❤️ In addition, the cuisine is excellent and they are careful to satisfy the requests of vegans and vegetarians! As a vegan I found an appetizer, two first courses, a second course and two desserts to choose from, all really good and carefully thought out to guarantee an experience worthy of the other dishes on the menu. They also prepared some vegan amuse bouche on the spot just for me! I would just like to make a suggestion for future menus, namely to try to create a "real" second course, with a protein component. The beetroot Wellington could become a lentil meatloaf, a seitan fillet, or stewed soy so as to be satiating and balanced compared to the other proposals.

I don't usually post reviews, but this time I do it because I really liked everything about this tavern: menu, environment, service!

Mi sono piaciuti sia il parmigiano condito con miele e con le pepite di cioccolato bianco, che i classici anolini tradizionali parmensi.

An enchanting place. I thank my colleague Mattia who introduced me to him. Truly perfect in everything from the welcome to the refinement of the dishes. When I get back to Parma I hope to be able to return. Compliments!!!

In the homeland of parmesan I couldn't help but try it together with honey and chocolate (not a bad combination), the anolini with forest broth are also good

I have lived in Parma for a long time, but I have never eaten so well. Each dish is a real discovery, with refined and delicious proposals. The ingredients are very fresh and the combinations are absolutely non-trivial but perfect. The kindness of the staff is extraordinary. This restaurant has become my new favorite place in town. Absolutely must try!

Vivo a Parma da tanto tempo, ma non ho mai mangiato così bene. Ogni piatto è una vera scoperta, con proposte ricercate e deliziose. Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi e gli abbinamenti sono assolutamente non banali ma perfetti. La gentilezza dello staff è straordinaria. Questo ristorante è diventato il mio nuovo posto preferito in città. Assolutamente da provare!
