Small gem in the heart of Parma. Refined cuisine, innovative but at the same time welcoming with some small touches of parmesan style. The hosts pamper you with their words and the story of each dish. The black pork cured meats are sublime. The celery ice cream is curious. The pumpkin gnocchi stuffed with pistachio and the tortellini with forest broth are delicious. Finally a place for those who don't want to eat only typical Parmesan food.

A pleasant discovery where quality is perceived both in the service and in the food. The owner with great professionalism explained every single detail to us from the bread, to the appetizers and the first courses.
The chamomile and porcini mushroom risotto with sea lettuce was truly phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

We had the most delicious lunch. Very dedicated staff / owners and it showsin service and quality of the food. True gem : both location and food wise. Original and of outstanding quality. Everything freshly prepared, seasonal and caters to carnivores and vegetarians equally. Anyone visiting Parma should at least gaven one meal here!

Una noche lluviosa ocupada y 5o intento de entrar en cualquier restaurante. Acogedor y servicial. Cocina italiana moderna con algunas combinaciones inusuales - atún tiramisú. Preparación inteligente de una yema de huevo recubierta crujiente. Muy sabroso y bien presentado con un trío de panes caseros. Llenando 2 platos para que no haya desierto. Moderadamente caro, pero se sentía bien vale la pena.

The restaurant impresses with excellent food, and the home-baked bread is a particular highlight. The personal explanation of each dish shows the passion of the team. In the quiet atmosphere we were able to enjoy the meal to the fullest. The service was warm and attentive - a perfect experience for anyone who appreciates good food and a personal touch.

I piatti proposti sono veramente buoni, con accostamenti particolari ed inaspettati. La qualità è ottima e l’attenzione e la gentilezza del personale rendono l’esperienza davvero piacevole. I prezzi non sono bassi, ma certamente giustificati dal livello. Lo consiglieri assolutamente.
