I was surprised it wasn't better known as a restaurant, because from the sourdough bread to the coffee selection, everything was impeccable. The menu changes frequently, but if you find these anolini, you absolutely have to try them; the broth was very umami. For our appetizer, we had the honey with parmesan of various ages, which I highly recommend. The service was also impeccable.

I was not so hungry so took the starter “Taste of Parmigiano Reggianio” and a glass of strong local red wine.
Only one word: Amazing.
If you like cheese, try it. Comes with 3 different bread.

Sono stata in questo locale un paio di volte e recensisco sulla base di entrambe le esperienze.
Menù elaborato, non per tutti i gusti, molto ricercato con abbinamenti particolari… non aspettatevi la solita cucina parmigiana.
La carta dei vini è altrettanto ricercata.
Un plus è il servizio, davvero bravi!
Vale la pena il viaggio ma consapevoli che si va alla ricerca di novità e non di tradizione.

An experience from times gone by! Impeccable service and customer attention are the strong points of this place! They really make you want to come back ❤️ In addition, the cuisine is excellent and they are careful to satisfy the requests of vegans and vegetarians! As a vegan I found an appetizer, two first courses, a second course and two desserts to choose from, all really good and carefully thought out to guarantee an experience worthy of the other dishes on the menu. They also prepared some vegan amuse bouche on the spot just for me!
I would just like to make a suggestion for future menus, namely to try to create a "real" second course, with a protein component. The beetroot Wellington could become a lentil meatloaf, a seitan fillet, or stewed soy so as to be satiating and balanced compared to the other proposals.
Mi è piaciuto tutto: menu, servizio, location. Pane fatto in casa buonisimo, e piatti ricercati e molto buoni. Consigliato.
