If you're passing through Pavia, head straight to Osteria Della Darsena, where the owner, who handles everything from A to Z, will welcome you.
Impeccable service, great friendliness, and an excellent chef: his "Tagliolini con Tartufo" are to die for. A true delight.
If Pavia is your stopover, don't look elsewhere for a treat. A delight for the taste buds.

We had lunch in a pleasant setting under the portico, we ate well: excellent ossobuco and risotto, appreciated the platter of cured meats as an appetizer, not to be missed the selection of brutti ma buoni for dessert... Interesting wine list

We went to Osteria della Darsena for lunch and the experience was really pleasant. We spent €57 for two for two second courses, a dessert, water and coffee: absolutely average prices for the quality offered. The service was impeccable, in particular the boy who served us was very kind and friendly. As soon as we arrived he immediately brought a bowl of water for our dog, a thoughtful gesture that unfortunately is not at all a given in all places. Payment by card accepted without any problem.
In short: excellent welcome, relaxed atmosphere, good food and attention also to four-legged friends. Highly recommended!

The food is absolutely delicious.
The portions for two dishes are very good.
I recommend the pasta with ragu.
The bread wasn't very good.
The smell in the restaurant was simply superb.
The decor adds a certain charm.
We had the €20 menu (don't forget to add water, coffee, and service).
For two, it cost €53.
