Truly excellent, we'd been there several years ago, always top notch. The appetizers were amazing, the pappardelle with wild boar was excellent, and the carbon cake was delicious. The carbon placemat was cute.

A beautiful osteria in the charming village of Montegemoli in the Volterra area. Outdoor seating under a covered wooden terrace, a rustic-style interior with trophies on the wall, reminiscent of hunting lodges. Excellent traditional Tuscan dishes, carefully and attentively presented, with excellent service and attentive service. The menu includes gluten-free options. Definitely recommended.

A wonderful experience, very good food and generous portions, priced appropriately for the quality and service offered, and a typically Tuscan atmosphere, as is the food. The staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend it if you're in the area, and I also recommend a stroll around to see a spectacular sunset.

13/01/2026: Excellent hotel, superb restaurant, rooms in line with 3-star standards, Riccardo and Chef Marco, his brother, are very friendly and kind people, recommended for its location which allows you to reach the best tourist destinations in a short time.
04/01/2026: Excellent hotel/restaurant along the road leading to Volterra from Pomarance, 10 km before Volterra, in the Saline di Volterra area. Great Florentine steaks, 1 x 2 steaks weighing more than 1.3 kg, 2 first courses, pici, wild boar, and octopus, 2 small carafes of wine, coffee. Rich and inviting menu, featuring traditional Tuscan dishes. Friendly service, welcoming atmosphere, wines, bottles, half bottles, glasses, and carafes.
