I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!

Fine, exquisite food, unique atmosphere

A simple restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff, a good wine selection, and Michelin-starred first courses. Piero is very kind and came over to thank us personally at the end of the service. Very much appreciated. The atmosphere is a bit too stuffy for my taste.

I had a truly wonderful meal at Osteria del Seminario. The dishes were carefully prepared, with authentic flavors and combinations I never expected, but which worked perfectly together. A simple, authentic, and flavorful place, I'll gladly return.

Chic restaurant in a vaulted ceiling. Attentive service. A menu of Apulian classics. Fine cuisine and reasonable prices (not expensive!). The fritto misto is highly recommended, along with the obligatory calamari and prawns with various types of fish. Very tasty! Highly recommended.
