Excellent meat, from A to Z, and good wine! Comfortable atmosphere for a dinner with friends. Tartare, carpaccio, grilled meat... The desserts are also noteworthy. There are several set menus between €35-45, and I'd say they all include drinks (one bottle of wine for every two people).

I've been frequenting this restaurant for a few years. If you're a meat lover, you can't go wrong here: high quality and generous portions. Highly recommended!

Not cheap but worth it because the raw materials are excellent

It was a truly enjoyable dinner with my girlfriend. The service was impeccable, and the professionalism of the waiter who served us was certainly noteworthy. The food was excellent; we chose the 6-course menu for €45 per person, which included a selection of various appetizers (the only flaw was the timing of each appetizer) and the star of the show: the mixed grill. The quality and quantity of the grill were truly excellent. Every single piece of meat melted in your mouth. It was a shame the baked potatoes were a little undercooked, but they were still delicious. It was a wonderful experience; we'll definitely be back.

"Osteria del Macellaio – A paradise for carnivores and a hell for vegans!" If meat had its own Vatican, it would be here. Walking into Osteria del Macellaio, I immediately felt like someone was hugging me... but that someone was the steak. Here, they don't ask if you want meat—they ask how many kilograms! They have everything here—beef, pork, lamb, rabbit, and there's probably a dinosaur hidden somewhere on the menu. Sausages? Are there any. Steak tartare? Are there any. Ribs, bone marrow, cheeks, tongues, hearts, and even something that looked like a metaphorical apology to vegetarians—in the form of a beautifully arranged flower-shaped bacon. The waiter had an apron bloodied with... passion. And the chef? A guy with an axe who looks like he's been chasing a mammoth through Rome. I recommend it to anyone who thinks vegetables are just a garnish for meat. After leaving here, my inner werewolf said, "Grazie, amici."

Impeccable experience divine food and top service

I have to say that I know a lot about meat.. but this restaurant amazed me.. top in service and top in the quality of ingredients and meat. I recommend everyone to try at least once and then return. I sincerely thank Davide and their staff for the wonderful evening

È la mia prima volta nel locale di Sabbione e posso dire che è andata benissimo. Un menu da 35€ molto completo e ricco, Tutto molto buono , dai vari antipasti alla carne, ai dolci ed al vino. Complimenti a tutti, personale simpatico e molto rapido. Torneremo presto
