Eating at Osteria Tre Colli is like doing it at home, or rather, in a typical Ragusa house. We ate excellent tagliolini with sausage ragù, ricotta ravioli with pork ragù and a sublime pasta at the Palermo location. Apart from a small hiccup during service (we had ordered short pasta instead of tagliolini but it went well anyway!), the experience was excellent. Then if you have lunch on the terrace overlooking the main church (a baroque marvel), overlooking the square, well, the flavor of those dishes increases! I highly recommend it

Cibo buono, personale cordiale e ottima posizione con terrazzino di fronte al Duomo. Forse poca scelta nel menu, ma comprensibile in un piccolo locale.

Il top a Scicli. Porzioni abbondanti materia prima sempre fresca e prezzi nella media del posto il tutto in una magnifica terrazza che affaccia sul barocco sciclitano. Una garanzia.

Perfect Dinner! Cozy and Quiet Restaurant. Tailored for Relaxing Lovers. Least but not Last tasty dishes. I recommend it to Fish Lovers. Pasta with Cuttlefish Black Sauce is Amazing!

One of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of having lunch in! Opinion shared by the two other guests, from Sicily! The quality and freshness of food cannot be discussed. In addition, the manager and the waitress were very helpful and professional. We had a great time!

25/04/2025: We had reserved the table that same morning for lunch. The wait was a little too long especially for the first course, the starters. The fried ricotta and radiccio with ragusan provola are very good, must try! Among the first courses chosen, in order of preference: cavati alla norma, truly exceptional, excellent sauce and ingredients; lollini with pistachio pesto, also in this case really tasty as the flavor of the pistachio was strong; finally for the seafood linguine, I think we could do better. The location as well as the welcome is very familiar and rustic. The lady is really nice!
