I brought friends from other regions to eat at Osteria dei Servi, confident I'd make a good impression, and I did. Everything was delicious.

The place is truly beautiful, warm, and welcoming; the service is friendly and fast. We were served a genuine appetizer, complimentary. The trio of polenta dishes was beautiful and delicious, and the first courses, anolini in brodo (in the pot!) and chestnut flour gnocchi, were truly well-made. The vegetable minestrone, served with crostini, was a bit on the cheap. The table setting was excellent, and the wines were decent. We shared a starter, three first courses, and two glasses of wine, spending €82.00.

I'm giving 4 stars only for the very kind, knowledgeable, and talented waiter, otherwise it would have been 3. Service was forgetful, dishes didn't arrive in unison, and cutlery wasn't replaced before each course. Very nice location, quite crowded acoustically (outdoor dining room) given the size and number of diners. Good traditional cuisine, some pasta dishes were too salty, others the opposite. Excessively priced, both for the charcuterie board and the size of the meat. We had a good time, however, the place is convivial, the quality of the products is very high, and the desserts were really good, as were the first courses, despite their relative saltiness. Bill 310 for 6 people, without a full menu.

Very elegant place, but it feels like home. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The Florentine steak is top notch!!! I highly recommend it!!!

I visited for my nephew's graduation and found a welcoming atmosphere and staff that made the typical Parma dishes offered and prepared with attention to the smallest details even more delicious: excellent!!!

Truly excellent food and service, the waiters pay close attention to their customers. They offered us a strolghino (a kind of bread) before our main courses. The fried gnocchi were very tasty and not at all greasy.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, staff giovane, molto veloce e attento. Locale molto particolare, ti fa sentire a casa. Taglieri di primissima qualità, come la carne alla griglia vasta scelta e super! Secondi e dolci non da meno. Terneremo molto volentieri per assaporare la carne alla griglia. Grazie allo staff per l’ ottima accoglienza.

14/12/2025: We took the opportunity to come to Parma to visit with two nephews who are attending university, and together we tried dinner at Parma Rotta. It was a delightful experience: the restaurant was excellent, the service impeccable, and the waiter who accompanied us during dinner was excellent (a young man of Tunisian origin who attends university, whose name we don't know). The quality of the food was excellent (traditional tortelli and then the sublime Portuguese steak), not to mention their fiordilatte ice cream with zabaglione sauce, wow. We'll definitely be back.
13/12/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. Greeted with smiles, super courteous and professional staff. Super busy, but wait times were extremely short. Fabulous salami, especially the sweetest prosciutto. Pork shank cooked to perfection, varied and excellent appetizers. Herb tortelli that respect tradition. Finally, the desserts... sublime. Must try the homemade fiordilatte ice cream made with organic milk... and the panettone with zabaglione. Sublime

22/11/2025: Located in a small hamlet outside Parma (Gaione), surrounded by greenery and quiet. Davide and his team will welcome you inside. You'll immediately feel at home. The location is well-maintained and clean. The spacious and well-spaced tables allow for quiet and intimate conversation. The service is attentive but never intrusive, and the waitresses are smiling and kind. The menu is clean and offers a selection of dishes that immediately convey a passion for cooking and good food. I highly recommend the Caramelized Onion Cake appetizer and the Umbrina (red drumstick) main course, but the desserts are equally as delicious (not to mention the breadsticks!!). I had a great time and will definitely return. I recommend booking at least a day in advance.
