I visited this restaurant one August evening, authentic in its flavors and hospitality. The fried pizza and selection of cured meats and parmesan (various ages) were top-notch, along with excellent traditional first courses, including the risottos (both with asparagus and porcini mushrooms and with 60-month parmesan) that were a pleasant surprise. The location, with its indoor dining rooms, is a charming place.

Excellent food. Very welcoming and friendly staff. My husband and I were there on Monday, August 25, 2025. I had a reservation for 9:00 PM, but due to highway traffic, we arrived around 9:45 PM. I called to let them know about the delay, and the staff told me they'd wait for us and that it wouldn't be a problem. We started with a platter of very sweet Parma ham, which was truly excellent. We continued with tortellacci stuffed with ricotta, truffle, and asparagus tips—excellent! Risotto with 60-month-old Parmesan cheese and aged Modena PGI balsamic vinegar.
They specialize in grilled meats, for which they have a separate grilled meat menu. At the end of the meal, they offered us aperitifs. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Chosen without outside advice from someone who had tried it, it was an excellent experience: flawless service, high-quality food (it's not easy to find Parmigiano Reggiano aged 100 (one hundred) months), meticulously prepared, and excellent value.
I can't recall a better restaurant serving regional cuisine (in this case, absolutely respectful of Emilian gastronomic tradition).
It's not just recommended, it's a must.

This was our first evening meal in Parma. We arrived hungry, and made the mistake of ordering two starters and bread. We were yet to realise that the people of Emilia Romagna love (?live) to eat. A lot. Everything was excellent, from the bread and salami 'for the table', to the cured meats, the 100 month old parmigiana, the pumpkin gnocchi and the beef cheek. A contorno of seasonal vegetables was one of the few times we saw veg in our ten day trip.
The place was busy, but the service excellent. We rolled home to digest.

Maravilloso diseño, gran ambiente y una gran opción para carnes a la parrilla. . . tenían el brisket con un tipo italiano de chimichurri (gremolata) y el filete tipo tira de NY (servido en bandeja de chisporroteo) con un lado de cuñas de papa asada al horno con romero. . . ambos estaban deliciosos, perfectamente cocinados y buenas porciones.
El servicio era genial también!
No teníamos sitio para ningún postre. Nuestra factura llegó a 97 €, incluyendo una buena botella de vino, buena relación calidad-precio en general.
