For us, Osteria dei Servi is a place where you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and authentic—exactly what we love about a good Italian osteria.
The food delighted us with its honest, traditional cuisine. Fresh ingredients, clear flavors, and dishes prepared with love. Every plate was a true moment of pleasure.
The service was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly personal. Definitely a place we would gladly recommend and return to anytime. 🍝🍷✨

An absolutely unique place. We had some truly delicious first courses, especially the tagliatelle with wild boar. Highly recommended. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.

For the first time in Parma, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant, which we found while browsing some stalls at the adjacent market.
The place is welcoming, and we're shown to a table on the outdoor veranda.
Immediately after ordering, we're brought a small welcome platter with a salami (Strolghino?) to cut ourselves with a still-warm roll. A great idea, and we appreciate the quality of the food.
Next comes an excellent risotto "alla Giuseppe Verdi" with porcini mushrooms, asparagus, and culatello (photo), and a plate of tagliolini with culatello and a butter and parmesan cream (photo). This last dish is truly amazing: the butter and parmesan cream (definitely used generously) is worth mopping up with a piece of bread.
We finish with a portion of zabaglione drowned in coffee, which I ask for without cream, and which leaves me licking my lips.
Water and two glasses of Montefiore wine.
I would definitely go back.
