Osteria dei Servi is the first restaurant I went into when I arrived in Parma: it did not disappoint my expectations at all. High quality raw materials, from prosciutto to parmesan, from tortelli to horse tartare. Super professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended, really.
One of the best restaurants in Emilia Romagna. The best in Parma, among the best also in the province of Bologna. Supreme quality on everything. Infinite menu, which usually does not correspond to quality on everything, instead they with enormous effort and enormous costs maintain very high quality on all products. From the cured meats that are the envy of everyone, to the first courses, to the numerous second courses including a huge outdoor grill. A must for those addicted to Emilian quality. Lots of seats, but reservations are necessary, it is very risky. Fair prices for the quality, excellent and extensive wine list. For all age groups.

Authentic Parma "regionale" food. Meat, cheese, wild boar. All of it "fantastico". Really helps if you speak some Italian; however, you can get by. Great location to sites and sounds of city too. Atmosphere is super locale rustic. Enjoy!

We were returning from Tuscany to Milan and almost by chance, we decided to stop at Osteria dei Servi. What can I say... an incredible surprise!
The location is really impressive, well-kept and welcoming, the menu immediately struck us for its originality. A crazy special goes to the "meat passports": a brilliant idea that tells the origin and quality of the cuts in a clear and engaging way.
We ate very well, with generous portions and quality ingredients, all at a super honest price. The staff was impeccable, friendly and present

Highly recommended!
If you want to eat and experience the traditional flavors of Parma, this is the right place.
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by professional and very courteous staff.
Once we ordered, they brought us a cutting board with a loaf of bread and a salami to cut with the self-service knife, very good and cute.
We took the parmesan vertical with a truly excellent ginger sauce.
As a first course, we went for tortelli alle erbette with ricotta, herbs, butter, sage and 30-month parmesan and tortellaci with truffle on a delicate parmesan and fresh asparagus.
And as a second course, typical Rosa dei servi (beef fillet, raw ham, parmesan on a Lambrusco reduction)
As an accompaniment, we drank a bottle of Lambrusco Otello, served not in the classic glass but in this traditional cup.
I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Parma!

As a restaurateur I have to compliment these people! Excellent service and kindness, very good and abundant food with fair prices and finally let's not talk about the very welcoming and suggestive place, truly a beautiful place! Definitely to return. Maravilloso diseño, gran ambiente y una gran opción para carnes a la parrilla. . . tenían el brisket con un tipo italiano de chimichurri (gremolata) y el filete tipo tira de NY (servido en bandeja de chisporroteo) con un lado de cuñas de papa asada al horno con romero. . . ambos estaban deliciosos, perfectamente cocinados y buenas porciones.
El servicio era genial también!
No teníamos sitio para ningún postre. Nuestra factura llegó a 97 €, incluyendo una buena botella de vino, buena relación calidad-precio en general.
