We ate there by chance, finding ourselves in the Ceniso area. The owners are very friendly, and the dishes evoke Milanese tradition: excellent risottos, excellent cutlets, and homemade desserts. Recommended.

Nothing exceptional, but welcoming. The risotto alla Milanese was good, and the cutlet was excellent!

A small, intimate restaurant with just a few seats, warm and pleasant. Typical Lombard dishes; we had saffron risotto with well-made ossobuco.

I returned to this restaurant after 25 years. Everything was as simple and extraordinary as it was. The best cotoletta I've ever eaten in Milan. A restaurant that lives up to the tradition it upholds. It is, indeed, poetry.

After extensive research, we ended up here with our local friends. It wasn't very crowded and the place had a neighborhood and family atmosphere. In fact, a couple was working there at the time.
We had:
— Caponata di Ponza (rusk, boiled potatoes, cherry tomatoes, marinated anchovies and herbs): nice and light.
— 3 bruschettas (cherry tomatoes, cream cheese, spicy pasta): similar.
— Risotto with wine sauce: I had never tried it before and it was delicious.
I also tried the Milanese cutlet. I was really surprised by how thin a piece of veal can be made, breaded and then fried. You haven't been to Milan if you haven't tried this dish.
The gentleman who served us had a special passion and knowledge about wine, so both whites we drank were exceptional.
