Great food, beautiful location, but the service leaves a bit to be desired. The staff seemed eager to send us away as quickly as possible. That said, everything else was fine.

Very nice place. We had dinner in the little alley and the Service and Staff was great. The Food was all good, we had some Pizza, Cozze and Salad. We also had the famous primitivo red Wine and just loved it. We can recommend this place.

Passed by for lunch on sunday. I don't know why but on that day they didnt offer full service. We had to choose from limited, and verbally informed menu. I was a bit skeptical but the orchiettti we got served was simple yet really flavourful and tasty. Price was great too.

I like the restaurant, it's a true Italian restaurant. I live in Manduria. Giuseppe is a good person, and very kind, thank you very much. I had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the Mercanti first appetizer. The house rosé wine was good.

For work or pleasure, I often go out for lunch. In a city I'm unfamiliar with, we ate at this wonderful restaurant. Simona's courtesy and the quality of the food make this a favorite. Enjoy your meal, everyone.

We had two wonderful evenings there: delicious food, delicious wine, and excellent value for money. Beautifully located in the old town, with very friendly, English-speaking service!

This is the second year I'm returning to this restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. The appetizer, first course, and second course are all delicious. The cuisine is typical of the area. Without spending a fortune along the Salento coast, I recommend this restaurant. My only suggestion is to have a slightly more varied selection for the children's menu.

03/01/2026: We'd been to this pub before and had some really good burgers, so we decided to return. The welcome was excellent, as always, and the entire staff was attentive to their customers (I'd pointed out that my pork shank was a little dry in some places; the waiter took it back to the kitchen and had me add some broth). The beers were excellent, the pork ribs were the best I've ever had, and the quality/price ratio was absolutely spot on. And last but not least, their excellent taste in music 😄 We'll keep coming back!
22/12/2025: Excellent table service, nice atmosphere. Hard fries, tasteless burger. Divine chicken strips!
