Very tasty, but I can't say it's authentically Mexican. You can put various things in the burrito/taco: different meats, vegetables, rice, and sauces. Friendly staff. Very good.
I liked the chicken and pork. I was not crazy about the chips or the cheese on the nachos.

Very nice people at the front. On a trip and just needed a little taste of Mexican American food. Now obviously it isn’t an exact taste to authentic Mexican American but it was a nice change from pasta.

Really underrated! Definitely a 5/5.
The nachos are the best bang for your buck. Beyond meat filling was really tasty as well, highly recommend.

Maybu is the best Tex-Mex I've ever had!
I ordered the chicken burrito on both of my visits, and the ingredients were fresh, clean, and genuinely delicious.
Patricia, the manager, is a big part of why this place stands out. She's kind, patient, and a wonderful conversationalist. Talking with her is genuinely one of the highlights of stopping in.
Patricia is from Mexico herself and holds two Master's degrees in hospitality—and it shows in the warmth and care she brings to every visit.
I'll be relocating to Rome sometime in the near future, and Maybu will absolutely be my go-to spot.
If you're craving real-deal Tex-Mex in Rome, this is the place!

Very efficient and fast service. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The only flaw is the burrito, which, while really good, is quite small on the medium version. It would also be more enjoyable if they grilled it afterward to warm the ingredients a bit. Overall, a good experience.

I came across this Maybu Margaritas y Burritos in Rome and it turned out to be such a great find! The food was fresh, flavorful, and actually tasted pretty authentic. The burritos were loaded and super satisfying, and of course the margaritas were a big highlight 😄
The vibe of the place is chill and fun, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a break from Italian food and craving something different, this place is definitely worth checking out!
