Very good, very filling. I could have done without the croquettes/fries, too greasy. The burrito, on the other hand, was an explosion of flavors, very good. A nice surprise.

Very tasty, but I can't say it's authentically Mexican. You can put various things in the burrito/taco: different meats, vegetables, rice, and sauces. Friendly staff. Very good.

Every time I go to Maybu, I'm always satisfied; I think it's one of the best places to eat. Everything is truly delicious, and the staff makes sure to follow the right directions when assembling your tacos or burritos. The prices are very fair, and while you eat, the music accompanies the customers, creating a very welcoming and cheerful atmosphere.

04/03/2026: I've been to this place several times and it's always a guarantee.
01/03/2026: I came all the way to Rome and visited to reminisce about Ethiopia. It's a high-end restaurant, and most of the customers are locals. You might not be able to get a table without a reservation. The injera was not too sour, but just right.

17/08/2026: Excellent restaurant in the Trastevere area. The host and waiters were very friendly. The typical Roman cuisine was excellent and plentiful. Given the quality and friendliness, we ate there two days in a row. Highly recommended...
16/08/2026: Nice place, average food, a little less good the waiter who with his incredible Roman manner acts like a bully and makes fun of my girlfriend for her choice of dish and the long wait while browsing the menu, ignoring that not everyone appreciates such "open" ways of dealing with strangers in the workplace.
