In Venice, it's normal to be caught in a tide of tourists.
This restaurant is the perfect place to escape that.
Located in a quieter neighborhood, in a peaceful square, away from the crowded flow of tourists. It's the perfect place for a leisurely meal.
The staff was very pleasant, and the food was tasty and of good quality.
The pasta with tomato and shrimp was juicy.
The mixed fries were fine, pleasant, and made with good ingredients.
When I return to Venice, I'll definitely come back.

Very nice, quiet area with a view of the park and lagoon.
Good pasta. However, the fish antipasti made me feel sick and I had to vomit. However, my partner didn't – she enjoyed it.
Even when ordering a drink, you had to ask several times.
BUT there is a solidarity dish for the people of Gaza. For every dish ordered, a portion of the price is donated to Doctors Without Borders for the people of Gaza.
As an old SGDQ friend, this made my heart sing.

A busy restaurant in Santelena, and away from the hustle & bustle of 'tourist Venice. Lovely dinner, enjoyed the Fish Lasagne Special, reasonably priced.

Beautiful setting, away from the tourist crowds and surrounded by greenery. Courteous staff, good traditional cuisine and clean restrooms. Definitely go there, for all these highly appreciated points!

Lontano dal "casino" e raggiungibile con belle passeggiate sulla riva o tra le calli, nel verde di S. Elena, c'è questa osteria che val la pena di provare. Personale capace e cordiale, locale carino, non una grande varietà di piatti ma tutti ottimi, ben curati, lontani dalla cucina turistica. Posto abbastanza piccolo fuori dal centro, ma in una zona particolare anche con del verde. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto della casa (baccalà mantecato molto buono), da prendere i carciofi o fritti, poi abbiamo preso un pesce di secondo e una pasta al sugo e gamberi (normale).
