A traditional trattoria with simple decor, but not a very large space (it's best to book online). In mid-October, we ate on the veranda (protected by plastic sheeting and slightly heated). Excellent, simple, and traditional food, including vegetarian options; the hummus is excellent. Generous portions and more than reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I definitely recommend it, especially since it's outside the usual tourist area.

Very good little neighbourhood osteria doing mostly traditional food but some different things available. They have some gluten free menu options as well such as roast chicken or a veggie curry and rice. Very good service from friendly staff who speak a little English. You can sit outside when the weather is good. The puddings are very good. The chocolate mousse and mascapone with fruit and biscuits are recommended. I went twice and would definitely go back again.

In Venice, it's normal to be caught in a tide of tourists.
This restaurant is the perfect place to escape that.
Located in a quieter neighborhood, in a peaceful square, away from the crowded flow of tourists. It's the perfect place for a leisurely meal.
The staff was very pleasant, and the food was tasty and of good quality.
The pasta with tomato and shrimp was juicy.
The mixed fries were fine, pleasant, and made with good ingredients.
When I return to Venice, I'll definitely come back.

Lontano dal "casino" e raggiungibile con belle passeggiate sulla riva o tra le calli, nel verde di S. Elena, c'è questa osteria che val la pena di provare. Posto abbastanza piccolo fuori dal centro, ma in una zona particolare anche con del verde. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto della casa (baccalà mantecato molto buono), da prendere i carciofi o fritti, poi abbiamo preso un pesce di secondo e una pasta al sugo e gamberi (normale).
