I was there last week and two years before. Both times in Off Season. Only Italians, their great lifestyle and way of living.
The Team is still the same as two years before, what I really like.
If you want to have a nice dinner, better don't even try to go there without reservation on a Saturday.

I love this place in Trieste centre. I find it typical with a typical cuisine. I find that the atmosphere is truly unique both in terms of furnishings and the atmosphere that is created. It's a pity that the service isn't up to par and is a bit too spartan. A little more attention and a few more smiles would be enough to have five-star service. I'll go back anyway, because it's a place I love.

Excellent everything. Food and service. The frico and the crostone with pork shoulder are fabulous, the jota and the boiler are excellent.
