Osteria Conchetta In Milano

Excellent Lombard restaurant. We had the risotto with saffron, the osso buco alla milanese, plus zabaglione (in the photo) and tartetatin di mele for dessert. All was very good. The risotto and pasta are finished in a great bowl dug in grand padano cheese. It is highly recommend that you make a reservation in advance.

Truly an experience above expectations. We already had high expectations given the reviews, but we were still surprised by the quality of the dishes (especially the CRAZY risottos) and by the kindness and friendliness of the helpful and kind service. We tasted different appetizers, one better than the other (versa rolls and caramelized onion win hands down), the risotto reserve, the one with the ossobuco and the tagliatelle, all truly incredible and plentiful. We also ate the golden veal cutlet and it was very good. Really worth going back.

The grilled artichokes had a really nice flavor, and the gnocco with pumpkins and artichokes was a great flavor combination. The ossobuco with Milanese risotto was done very well. The service and the ambiance is great in this restaurant, and they serve little appetizers which also taste delicious. The prices are a bit high, but it is very worth it to have a local meal.

The place to be if you're craving a Milanese taste in a cozy setting. My experience started from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an authentic ambiance that set the stage for a memorable dining experience. I was in Milan just for a full day, and needed to make space to try the Milanese Risotto for the first time. It is not fair to say it is the best I've tried, as it was the only one I had while in Milan, but if I let my palate judge it, it deserved a standing ovation. Starters were an experience alone: I had the delicious Mondeghili, with made me feel like an artist while eating it; and the Vitello Tonnato, that tricked my brain making me feel I was eating seafood, when actually eating veal carpaccio. The Ossobuco deserves a special shout-out for its phenomenal mouthwatering flavor. The service was impeccable, as expected. Overall, Osteria Conchetta is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I'm far from being disappointed for selecting this osteria as the only special dining experience in Milan. Buon appetito!

It's been years since I went to this place and I find myself reconfirming the quality and excellent service of the staff! Wiener schnitzel and risotto with vodka are a must!!

My name is Conchetta, i've never ever met someone with the same name, then i saw this and was blown away. I live in The Netherlands and would definately love to visit this place that shares it's name with me. Ps. Never been here but had to fill in review otherwise i couldn't post it

Amazing Milanese osso buco with yellow risotto

I spent there a Friday night having dinner with friends. We had really a good time

Il posto perfetto per poter assaggiare la tipica cucina milanese tradizionale. Dopo un amuse bouche offerta dallo chef, abbiamo ordinato risotto alla milanese con ossobuco e cotoletta orecchia d’elefante (da 500 gr l’una!) dividendo tutto tra più persone. Porzioni abbondantissime che abbiamo faticato a terminare: consigliamo dunque di optare per piatti centrali da dividere! È stato tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, abbiamo apprezzato qualsiasi pietanza e la nostra esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. Servizio ottimo e rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Bellissima esperienza in quel di Milano. Abbiamo preso risotto con ossobuco, spettacolare un’esplosione di sapori; e una cotoletta tipica ad orecchia di elefante molto buona. Ma il risotto unico, ottima cottura e qualità del riso alta.
