If you're in Gubbio, you absolutely must go. Dinner is served in the Piazza San Martino, and that alone is worth it. Everything is delicious, and the cuisine ranges from tongue and snails to tortellini in parmesan and truffle cream, to beef tartare and carpaccio. I'll definitely be back! Book ahead!

A very charming and well-maintained restaurant just steps from the center of beautiful Gubbio. We ate wonderfully! We ordered two appetizers (beef tartare and bruschetta with chard, burrata, and Cantabrian anchovies) which were spectacular! And then the two first courses (gricia with artichoke and cappelletti with tomato sauce) were equally worthy! The owner is very attentive to his customers, excellent service, and fair prices! Congratulations!

We had dinner with friends; the place is well-maintained, with discreet and efficient service. The only flaw (but a very small one) is the guinea fowl portion, which was a bit too small. The food, however, was excellent.

An experience to remember, excellent ingredients, flavorful and elegant dishes. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent value. A bit of a wait, given how crowded it was, but it was absolutely worth it. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

Ci sono stato con la mia famiglia per una cena durante le vacanze a gubbio ed era veramente TUTTO buonissimo soprattutto la tartare con il tartufo e i tagliolini al tartufo, il problema è stato il conto di 92€ in tre persone però per un posto con un servizio e un cibo così lo merita.
