Welcoming place and staff. For appetizers, we had fried polenta with chicken livers and tartare. Followed by two first courses: gnocchi with mushrooms and wild herbs and pasta with white ragù. Everything was delicious and excellent value!

Good quality traditional Chianti food. Lovely atmosphere in this authentic Italian village. No wait and not crowded. Would 100% recommend!

Having arrived in the area by chance, we called 10 minutes before arriving and were kindly told we were welcome. The meal was excellent: a meat-based antipasto for two, a 1.2kg steak, and a bottle of Montepulciano Nobile, which was definitely appreciated. The staff made us feel at ease, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the entire staff!

The food is delicious; you can tell it's authentic and homemade. The staff is super friendly, and the outdoor terrace is very pleasant. Go early, because it took a while to serve us.

There were 2 of us... we had a very good appetizer, cold cuts and fresh cheeses. A glass of rosé was very good, but the only disappointing thing was the tagliata (unfortunately eaten by a Cicciaio connoisseur like myself). I had seen the price and was amazed by the cost (at least 2-3 euros less than the normal price), so we ordered it. The cooking was perfect, the problem is that the meat was tough, very sinewy, and not blended enough. We ate it because the flavor was good, so the kitchen had done everything perfectly, perhaps the butcher a little less. But we will be back to try again...

We drove to San Casciano one evening without a plan. This place looked well-maintained. Delicious suggestions with truffles. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely worth a try... a typical Tuscan trattoria, with excellent dishes and fantastic meat. Satana's tiramisu is also excellent! Typical, pleasant and informal atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff... a lovely place 🩷
