Excellent restaurant where you can eat typical Tuscan dishes with a good quality/price ratio. The owner is very nice and takes care not to disappoint the customers.

Heel leuk knus restaurantje aan de rand van het centrum. Werden erop gewezen door de b&b waar we verbleven. Hebben er heerlijk gegeten, hadden hele goede bediening en dus een hele fijne avond. Aanrader dus!

Hemos visitado Pistoia muchas veces en los últimos 15 años, y cada vez que tenemos al menos una comida en Cucine & Pensieri. Las comidas están cuidadosamente preparadas y siempre deliciosas. El ambiente no es pretencioso y el entorno es íntimo. Ale, el propietario y chef, y Francesca siempre nos dan una cálida bienvenida y nos hacen sentir como en casa. Esta vez trajimos seis amigos y disfrutamos de varias opciones de menú diferentes. Todos nos fuimos sintiéndonos felices. Siempre vale la pena los 10 minutos a pie del centro histórico. Recomendamos encarecidamente este excelente restaurante.

Excellent place, welcoming, for those who don't like large, noisy rooms. Delicious and very welcome food. Staff, "Francesca", very friendly and kind. The next time I'm in Pistoia, I'll definitely come back.

24/07/2025: It was a very good restaurant. The duck foie gras was superb, and I think it was the first time I've ever eaten anything so delicious in my life. Every bite was intoxicating. The male staff member's knowledge and careful advice were also very good.
