Osteria Al Duomo In Venezia

Don’t let the outside fool you – inside is a huge courtyard where they pump out delicious plates of seafood pasta, crudo, and more.

As an American I was looking for a hearty and delicious authentic Italian meal, and Osteria al Duomo did not disappoint! The portions were perfect, the food was unbelievable, and the prices did not break the bank. We went 2 days in a row just because we wanted to try other things on the menu! Highly recommend!

In the heart of Murano, this restaurant offers all the basics and classics of the region (pastas, pizzas, seafood) in a large and lively dining room. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, and the food was all fresh and flavorful. Perfect place to satisfy any taste after a long day of travel!

We Love this restaurant. The staff are great, so welcoming! We are return guests as we visit Murano regularly. Would highly recommend Al Duomo, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful. We ate here 5/6 nights. We would have eaten here 6 nights but Thursdays they close. Great food, excellent value for money. Suzanne & Paul Grundy.

I have to say, all in all, the food in Venice has disappointed me so far, super touristy food, not at all authentically Italian. The carbonara in this restaurant was advertised on the menu as "with bacon" instead of guancale. That's why I ordered the lasagne, which was good, nothing special! but very small. My girlfriend's pizza was also good, also nothing special. The waiters are nice, but nothing special. You have to pay €2.50 per table, but it has to be praised that it is at least on the menu. So, would I recommend it? If you want great Italian food, not. If you are looking for a place where you will not eat completely overpriced for Venice standards, you can do that. All in all, a very average restaurant that doesn't really do anyone any harm, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

Everything was delicious, the pizza was not bad, the pasta was delicious Snacks are not bad Desserts are great Great fast service The menu states that you pay 5 euros if you take one pizza for two, but I took one pizza for one person, but they added exactly the service! Otherwise I advise Great for dinner Believed that the service was Italians

Osteria Al Duomo was the best meal and service I had all throughout my travels in Italy. My server was kind, helpful, attentive. It was the most incredible pasta, wine, bread, dessert I could have asked for. Delicious and the atmosphere was a very lively energy! Thank you!

We had dinner and it was very very good and more than enough, we wanted to stop eating but it was too good. Starters, main courses, desserts, and several drinks different €106.- completely justified the price.😎 Definitely recommended.👍 PS: You get the bill when you pay and pay at the counter when you go out!

Amazing site. I was left wanting to repeat. I ordered the spaghetti with duck ragut and it had an intense and delicious flavor. The price is good, depending on what you ask for. Pizzas are cheaper than pastas, but it is not excessively expensive. The service was good, the only thing is that you don't pay at the table like normal and they didn't warn you about it. You pay at the exit, at the bar at the door. 100% recommended site.

Superb cuisine, very friendly atmosphere and excellent waitresses/waiters. I recommend 400% away from the crowded tourist traps of Downtown Venizia!!
