Pasta allo scoglio amazing! Pasta alle vongole also good. Kind and helpful staff, fast and precise service in a characteristic, clean and well-kept environment!

We returned for the third time and unfortunately this time we were disappointed. The location is unchanged (old restaurant, paper tablecloths, persistent smell for €3 of covers), the waiting times are quite long and unfortunately the price has increased a lot compared to about a year ago. It is true that the raw material is excellent, but the dishes are not particularly refined, nor abundant. We will not return, unfortunately.

As always, a superb place, a landmark in the city where you never leave without a full belly and a smile on your face. The owner is very kind and the new waitress is superb, truly one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten in and in fact we often return.

We chose this place because it was recommended by the B&B owner and the advice hit the mark. The place is small, well looked after and welcoming. Good food and wine, attentive service.

After having a dinner here last summer, I came again recently in winter. Both outside and inside atmosphere are very nice. Being in the centre of Trieste, but forgetting about all the buzz of the city. The food was just like made at home, fresh and very light. Service was super sweet and one girl even spoke my language.

Piccolo locale caratteristico, accogliente e pulito. Buona scelta di menù di pesce con materie prime fresche e di buona qualità. Personale gentile e accogliente.

19/05/2025: The food is really excellent, from the first courses, to the fried food, the fish and even the side dishes. The only small flaw: the price in my opinion is a little higher than it should be.
