The platters of cured meats and cheeses with bruschetta and cheese cake were a spectacle, one first course better than the other, even I took the tonnarelli with truffle, the owner came and grated the truffle flakes for me, what can I say is a spectacle

5 stars even though it deserves more. Marcello welcomed us with his top cutting board. Rita has a genuine kindness that makes you feel at home. To conclude, the neighbors at the table provided us with pearls from Spoleto. It is the people who make the place good and the environment beautiful. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Small place on a narrow street in the historic center not far from a large parking lot (Posterna).
The furnishings are simple, tavern-style but essential. Vaulted ceiling with exposed stones.
Family environment.
Typical Spoleto menu.
The platter of cured meats, cheeses and crostini with liver is good.
Prices slightly lower than average.

We stumbled upon it by chance, and we stumbled upon it well!
We ate good food, AND...... above all, ...... we were welcomed with such availability and friendliness, not intrusive, but just the right pinch that doesn't hurt and that makes you feel so, so good.
We also received some information on the etymology of the dishes, for which we had shown curiosity.
Well done! Many people can offer good food, but not everyone knows how to give "a good dish" (as they say in my area, which is equivalent to hospitality).

As soon as I left after having lunch I have to give my best for everything, excellent food, comfortable environment but above all to the hostess Mrs Rita who pampered us and her very nice collaborator. Don't hesitate to stop by even if you are just passing through, you will be satisfied with the quality at an excellent price.

Diversi anni fa (prima del covid) trovai questo locale casualmente e fu una fortuna, perchè mi trovai bene, cosi quest'anno trovandomi con amici a spoleto ho deciso di tornarci, scopro che il nome del locale è cambiato ma la gestione è rimasta la stessa e questo è bastato.
La signora che ci ha accolto era molto cortese e il personale gentile e disponibile, sempre buono il vino della casa e il cibo non da meno ha confermato quello che ricordavo forse anche meglio, i prezzi sono in linea con quello che abbiamo consumato.
Da provare, io sicuramente quando tornerò a spoleto verrò quà.
