A beautiful immersion in the flavors and architecture of the Karst: eaten very well and spent little. Recommended!

An absolute insider tip! A dreamy ambiance in the shady, beer garden-like courtyard – you can sit under a large, lush tree and relax. The service was friendly and welcoming, just as you'd expect at an Osmiza. The snack platter was varied, regional, and truly delicious – and all at a surprisingly reasonable price. The wine was excellent, but the Hugo was a treat. Many locals were there; as a tourist, you're more likely to stand out – but that's precisely what makes it so appealing. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. A place to linger and enjoy!

It's been our go-to osmica in springtime for years, as the food plates are superb and wine is refreshing and delicious, while the guests are surrounded by the most typical Carst village buildings and leafy house yard that must have been centuries and centuries old.

Very good cold cuts, very good wines, friendly staff, beautiful place.
