A small, family-run café, typically Italian. Many locals come here too, which I take as a very good sign. We came here every morning for breakfast and it was so lovely. The price is absolutely fair. The coffee is incredibly good.

Great breakfast, they had a seasonal pistachio cappuccino they was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and patient while I attempted to order in Italian haha definitely recommend!

A friendly welcome, and luckily there was a charming person who spoke very good French to give us the ingredients of the dishes and thus help us choose.

26/05/2026: I've gone there a few times for lunch since it's very close to the office, and I have to admit it's a really good place to eat. The staff is welcoming, and the food is good, with fresh daily produce.
05/05/2026: I was in my Airbnb, not feeling like going out looking for restaurants, and I found this gem. I was lucky enough to arrive and find a table for two, because the restaurant must have, at most, 10 tables. The food was excellent, clearly made in a home kitchen and served by a family. A modest facade, but incredible flavor. I ate two pasta dishes and ordered the tripe stew with tomato sauce, and I was sure I had eaten the best tripe stew of my life! I highly recommend it to anyone staying near the Colosseum!
