We had lunch at Trattoria Oppici, and as always, everything went perfectly. The appetizers were high-quality and very generous. The gnocco fritto was delicious and light. The dishes and desserts were very carefully prepared. The wine list was impressive and certainly unmatched by other restaurants in the area.

Siamo stati in coppia in questa bellissima trattoria, su consiglio di amici. Molto accogliente e preparato il personale, ci hanno fatto accomodare in una sala di una costruzione in pietra con particolari ed arredi molto fini ed eleganti. Il benvenuto ci è stato dato con la pasta fritta, leggerissima e squisita e tocchetti di Parmigiano Reggiano. Abbiamo potuto gustare dei tortelli di magro al sugo molto saporiti e gradevoli, e dei taglierini al ragù di lepre davvero entusiasmanti. Un vitello tonnato perfetto, anche il vino un gutturnio fresco e leggermente frizzante ha accompagnato un pranzo nella sua semplicità speciale. Abbiamo terminato con due dolci che abbiamo trovato eccezionali, un tiramisù a regola d'arte e un semifreddo ricoperto con cioccolata calda... Prezzi ottimi, torneremo volentieri!

Gnocco fritto con salumi molto buoni ed abbondanti. Primi e secondi buoni. Prezzi un po alti per essere una trattoria. Cmq da provare.

01/11/2025: I've always been someone who always ordered the same flavor at every gelato shop, but every time I come to Parma, I go to Al Polo and I'm amazed. Here, I naturally want to try new flavors and surprising combinations, recommended with a smile and expertise. Alex and Giulia's passion for gelato is evident in every detail. Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: Overall, it's a meal not to be missed. Good food, traditional cuisine presented in unconventional recipes, top-quality cured meats. Mrs. Ravanetti is very good at her job and very hospitable. And then... in Langhirano, Trattoria della Gallina is an institution...
13/10/2025: I found this place by chance. I was in Parma. I called, thinking I was running late—almost 2 PM—and the kind reply was: "I'll set up a table for you!" A TRATTORIA in the best sense of the word. Impeccable service, dishes expertly prepared, with fried porcini mushrooms and ricotta and spinach ravioli. But the real surprise for anyone who loves TRIPPA is trying a version they only make there, in one place. Tripe in green parsley, a touch of garlic, and no tomato. A MUST-TRY. Then there's the wine details: Lambrusco at the perfect temperature and quality, and the textbook homemade desserts: coffee and grappa. 18 Monday. What can I say? I'll definitely be back, and I recommend trying Trattoria della Gallina! Worth it. Thank you. Oh, I forgot, I'm counting on us Milanese people not even in our wildest dreams...
