A little difficult place to reach but very popular because everything is excellent, the owner is helpful and very kind as are all the staff, fried dumplings which here they call fried pasta have never been eaten as good as everything else.

The environment is very nice, the waiters are very good and courteous... while you wait they offer you some excellent fried pie and parmesan... everything we ate was excellent... try the deer... modest prices... ..we will definitely be back when we are in the area!!!!😋😋😋

Still excellent. Since I have known this restaurant, it has always been as good. Especially taste the soufflé bread, the venison, and the pasta (delicious). The hare is not to be outdone. Friendly owner and extraordinary menu

This is already the second time we eat here. Last Sunday, together with friends, we stopped to taste their delicacies and they placed us in the room with stone walls and an exposed cellar. Beautiful atmosphere!!! It's a pleasure to eat well in such a well-kept place. Starters with cured meats, mixed cheeses and fried gnocchi, truffle ravioli, tagliatelle with hare sauce, ice cream with berries, almond cream, fruit salad, Catalan cream, two bottles of wine, water, bitters (double round) and coffee, 35 euros each.

At Monte Vacca the best place there is!!
For three generations the culinary passion has been burning.
The fried pie is their one and only appetizer but it is amazing: formidable cured meats, parmesan and spring onions.
With this dish alone you are good to go. Furthermore, NEVER take an appetizer for every single member of the table because the owner will bring you an avalanche of fried pie that will make you faint!
Excellent first courses with homemade pasta. Very good seconds; the lamb ribs at the top.
Really beautiful and elegant, well-kept location.

Good evening we had dinner with friends, we ate outside and it was nice and cool, the appetizer with fried pasta was excellent, the fried mushrooms were excellent, you can see that they weren't frozen, the first courses weren't bad, in fact, the desserts were divine, from the frozen tiramisu with wild berries

Going to Giuseppe is always a pleasure and a guarantee. Everything is delicious and the service is excellent with staff always present and available. We have been going for years and will always return. Honest and fair price for the quality of the food.

Ritorniamo come ogni anno in questa incantevole trattoria.
Ma haimè siamo passati da "SUPER" a mediocre.
La pasta frissta sempre eccezionale ma i salumi sempre meno ed il salame durissimo.
I secondi non hanno soddisfatto quella che era l'aspettativa degli anni precedenti.
Io stufato di cervo era "bollito e filaccioso" e la Costata resa quasi immangiabile dalla quantità di pepe che hanno aggiunto dalla cucina. MI chiedo solo: perchè rovinare un ottima carne impanandola nel pepe?
