07/09/2025: Definitely the quantity; don't expect porcini mushrooms, truffles, or pecorino cheese to exceed 30g/kg. However, the traditional dishes are exceptional: tongue, tripe, head, legumes, lasagna, gnocchi, guinea fowl, pork loin, and desserts.
28/08/2025: Passing through the area, I took the opportunity to have lunch at this place, which I'd often heard about. The formula is very simple, as is the marketing strategy; by catering to the number of guests, they offer a fixed but fairly varied menu, starting with a generous and varied all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet (which I personally enjoyed!), moving on to two modest but still good first courses, two equally modest but still acceptable second courses, and finally three less-than-memorable second courses. The €38.00 price tag is more than justified and fair, considering the quality/quantity ratio, which is hard to find elsewhere. I've read reviews of "phenomena" who complained about the quality... I have no idea what fantastic culinary experiences these people are coming from, but I humbly point out that in many other restaurants for €38.00 you can maybe get a fillet steak with a side dish... but you pay extra for service, drinks, cover charge, dessert, and coffee!!! The restaurant has more rooms and is quite large, but it's always busy... perhaps it's easier to find a table for lunch. The service is quite fast and unobtrusive. If I have the chance, I'll go back, but I'll probably just focus on the appetizers 😉...... I've attached a couple of short videos to give you a clearer idea of what we're talking about....🙋🏿🍻
