Il locale si trova nel cuore di Montefalco, sul Corso Goffredo Mameli. abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter cenare nella saletta al primo piano, dall'atmosfera raccolta, con ambiente semplice ma curato in ogni dettaglio, dove abbiamo potuto gustare una cena romantica. carine anche le saette al piano terra, piccole e caratterizzate dal tipico stile umbro per consentire di cenare in una buona atmosfera. Il Menù è ricco e interessante, niente affatto scontato. L'assaggio del loro olio su bruschetta, come benvenuto, ruba la scena, e in generale l'olio di eccezionale qualità è il protagonista del ristorante. I piatti a base di Tartufo sono gustosi e prelibati, ed altrettanto ricca è la proposta dei vini ove chiaramente spiccano le ottime cantine Umbre, senza disdegnare i migliori produttori Piemontesi, Veneti e Toscani. Rapporto qualità / prezzo molto soddisfacente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
