Expectations were definitely too high perhaps! Disappointed by the tuna tartare, buffalo mozzarella cream, cherry tomato reduction, dehydrated Taggiasca olives, capers, green sauce and focaccia crumble: Too much stuff that honestly loses the flavor of the tuna. The trio of tartare is definitely good: tuna that is not convincing here either, while scampi and red shrimp are fresh and really tasty. The first course is good, while the fried food is disappointing and heavy for digestion: rubbery rings inside and dry on the outside. Good tufts of squid, scampi, shrimp and octopus. Dessert that does not disappoint expectations with a stellar wine pairing. The wine list easily deserves 5 stars. Just as they bring home the 5 stars for the service: attentive, fast and full of adequate advice also for the wine list.

Pica to say a really high-quality place, small but well looked after, reserved, mainly for couples, extremely refined cuisine. Also very careful plating. Price consistent with the offer, although it was not all.

An unforgettable lunch at Officina del Mare What an extraordinary surprise, this corner of the sea in the heart of Brescia! At the Officina del Mare I tasted a Catalan dish that to define as delicious would be an understatement: a riot of very fresh shellfish, with lobster, scampi, cuttlefish and lots of authentic flavour. A dish that smells of the Mediterranean, prepared with care and served with elegance, where every bite really makes you feel the sea on your plate. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is kind and professional, and the quality of the raw materials is evident from the first taste. An experience that I recommend to those who love good fish cuisine and want to indulge in a tasty treat. I will definitely be back!

Very beautiful place with very friendly and kind staff. We ate well, good dishes with quality raw materials presented very well indeed. The price is high, yes, but it is all in relation to the quality of the product served.

Location elegante ed intima. Ovviamente si viene per il pesce, freschissimo pesce. Tanta freschezza nelle Linguine con Ricci di Mare ( € 27,00 ) , in porzione non generosa. Tanto gusto nello Spaghettone Nero Baccalà Pecorino e Friggitelli ( € 22,00 ). Tanta eccellenza nella Ricciola di fondale con Carciofi. Si può bere bene, anche Champagne, con prezzi senza eccessi, ma meglio chiedere bicchieri adatti. Servizio bastante.
