O Purticciull In Ischia

I went with my partner. We always look at reviews and stars, but this one should be 5 stars. We arrived late, at 11:00 PM, and they were super friendly in seating us. The atmosphere was very relaxed and, despite the harbor view, very private. The service was fast, no pressure, even though we left at 12:45 AM, and the food truly exceeded our expectations. Every time we stop in Ischia, this restaurant will be a must.

We highly recommend this restaurant, located on the right bank of Ischia Porto. The dishes are truly exceptional, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Anna. Our first evening was a truly enjoyable seafood experience, with spaghetti alla purticciull and another of their specialties, mussels and pecorino cheese, a fantastic dish, followed by an excellent and generous fried fish dish. We returned another evening, where we ate fabulous Ischia-style rabbit. We would have happily eaten there every night, if it weren't for the fact that we wanted to explore various places on Ischia. Me and my family had an amazing dinner here. Starters, main courses and desserts were all sensational. Besides the great food, the staff is very friendly, especially the owners, Pino and Anna, who were extremely nice throughout the whole dinner. Overall strongly recommend if you wanna have great food and a nice experience. Will definitely come back!

I had a divine bucatini with mussels and pecorino cheese. My wife had the grilled octopus with green apple and was delighted the whole day. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

There are many good places to eat in Ischia, but we've returned to O Purticciull more than once. Authentic cuisine, family-run, and perfectly executed dishes. Fair prices, which in the modern world is almost beginning to seem like a fantasy.
