'O Munaciello In Firenze

The place is beautiful and the pizza is one of the best pizzas i’ve had in Italy. Unfortunately, the service is a little slow.

Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria and good service.

The venue is aesthetically wonderful, perhaps one of the most beautiful in Florence in terms of concept, architecture and attention to detail. Truly a little gem where you can immerse yourself in the Neapolitan atmosphere. The cuisine is equally satisfying, with traditional Neapolitan dishes and exquisite pizzas. Prices are in line with the type of venue and the current market. Unfortunately the service was not up to everything else. I've been twice for dinner and both times there were difficulties with the waiters who served us. The first time he couldn't understand how many pizzas we wanted (one each...simple...), the second time we had to ask him to take the order otherwise no one would serve us, we had asked for all the dishes in one course and that wasn't the case. state, so we had to ask for the missing courses again (the place was practically empty so there was no chaos to manage). It's a shame, because an excellent location and good food can make you overlook questionable service once or twice, then the customer risks going elsewhere. The place presents itself as a quality place, so I recommend choosing your collaborators better or training them more to be in line with the level offered by the location and cuisine, which really deserve a lot.

I have repeated two days in my stay in Florence. The pizzas and Calzones made in the oven. Quiet and pleasant place. If you can go, don't hesitate.

I was really tired, so I went here and took pizza out. It's delicious.

The place looks good, in a very central position in the city. We ate shared appetizers (pasta omelettes and croquettes) which were very good! Wide choice of pizzas which are all excellent, both in terms of ingredients and cooking. With water and beer covered the price was around €25 per person…. I would say excellent given the quality and location of the place. To try!

Locale molto folkloristico, ti senti un po’ a Napoli. Pizza buonissima, conto in linea con la qualità offerta. Torneremo sicuramente. Unico piccolo neo: qualche grissino o del pane a tavola, visti i tempi d’attesa, non avrebbe guastato!
