Really cozy, warm atmosphere - you set up your table then order food at counter and pick it up once it’s read. Home like feel. Get the coconut mousse for desert, so delicious. The pasta with ragu was a bit too al dente for my taste, but my taste pallet might just not be Italian enough to appreciate it. Otherwise the salad was great - generous portions even for a half portion. And the pieces are crazy cheap - $5 for well sized half portion of salad and $5 for well sized half portion of pasta. Cheapest meal of our trip in Italy. I’d go there for a cozy ambience, cheap food and drink. Great spot.

A superb address in Pisa with unbeatable value for money. The place is warm and inviting, with large wooden monastic tables. The concept is original: you order your food, grab your cutlery, and sit down while waiting to pick up your order at the counter. Therefore, there's no charge for cutlery, and still or sparkling water is even free. The staff is dynamic and pleasant, and the food is of excellent quality.

This osteria is located in a period building, partly with exposed walls. It's cool and welcoming, with large tables and benches. It's not noisy, and everyone was polite and discreet. The food is simple and homely, including ethnic dishes, excellent and plentiful. The staff is friendly, the selection is varied, and the service is provided by the customer, who sets and clears the table, pours water, and makes coffee. You sit at tables, sometimes shared with other customers. The atmosphere is free and relaxed, unlike anything you'd find in a restaurant (at least for me). We spent €49 for two, ate a vegan main course and baked mackerel with peppers and chicory, all perfectly cooked and prepared, along with bread, wine, water, dessert, and coffee. We had a great time, and will return if we're ever in Pisa again.

Amazing, found by accident - a very happy accident. The staff were so helpful and patient with us attempting to order in very poor Italian 🤣 The food was lovely, the wine was gorgeous, I'll definitely be back!

Un caro amico mi ha portato in questo locale che si trova nei pressi di casa sua. Sono rimasta entusiasta! Era giusto per la serata, molto giovanile e forse un po’ rumoroso ma, il sistema, il cibo, il locale meritano moltissimo! Una cosa diversa da provare e frequentare! Consigliato! Ps cucina vegetariana e non solo…un po’ per tutti i gusti, hanno anche il testarolo pontremolese al pesto. L’unico disappunto se vogliamo dirlo, il vino Lunae di Bosoni…peccato, per il resto tutto squisito.
