My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel, and the first thing that struck us was how clean it was. Since we both work in the operating room, we're particularly careful about this aspect, and we can say that the attention to hygiene here—both in the rooms and the common areas—is truly exceptional, almost obsessive in a positive sense. We had half-board (breakfast and dinner) and the experience was simply excellent: top-notch quality, carefully prepared dishes, and impeccable service. The chef is top-notch, and it's no coincidence that the hotel restaurant is also frequented by external guests. The location is perfect: a two-minute walk from the center of Courmayeur, with the added convenience of the hotel's shuttle service to and from the ski slopes. A final, but crucial, mention goes to the staff: in one word, wonderful. Professional, kind, and extremely attentive, they make you feel truly pampered, like family. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful property, exceptional staff, excellent value for money

My husband and I returned to Courmayeur last week and stayed at the Villa Novecento Hotel. We'd been there before in 2003 and remembered having a wonderful time. I must say, 23 years later, we've had the same impression. It's a 20th-century villa converted into a hotel, with 26 beautiful, themed rooms, clean and comfortable, and complete with all the amenities (let me start by saying that cleanliness is everywhere, not just the rooms). There's also a small spa with a sauna, a hot tub, a Turkish bath, and a small gym, accessible to up to six people. Reservations are required at reception for €15 per person. There's also a small covered parking lot, which you can also reserve, given the limited parking spaces, for a daily fee of €20. Alternatively, there's a small, free outdoor parking lot in the courtyard behind the hotel. Guests also have the option of using their own shuttle, available for getting to the ski slopes without having to move their car. We booked half-board. It was a great experience; the food is excellent, the dishes are high-quality, well-prepared, and the portions are just right. Everything in the dining room is overseen by four wonderful people: Adam and Natale, who are supported by a couple, both professionally and personally: Gianluca and Bianca, the waiters. Dinner isn't chosen in the morning, as is usually done in hotels during breakfast, but rather the menu is presented in the evening at the table and includes: a choice of two appetizers, a choice of two first courses, a choice of two second courses, and a choice of two desserts. Drinks are obviously not included. Once we've ordered, the kitchen serves us a small entree, which changes every evening, and butter to spread on our bread. The breakfasts are also high-quality and varied, offering everything and more. Then, with Adam, Natale, Gianluca, and Bianca in the dining room, everything is even more enjoyable. They are always ready to accommodate our guests' requests with kindness, professionalism, and a great sense of humor, making us feel right at home. Gianluca and Adam in particular, with their cheerfulness and funny jokes, put us in a good mood. Now let's talk about the reception: Carmine, the manager, is a pleasant person, easy to chat with, always ready to satisfy every need, and very kind. I must not take anything away from his staff, Giorgia and Barbara, who are also always extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. In short, a hotel we highly recommend, for everything it offers, but especially for those who work there: all the staff, the manager, without exception. The professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of everyone (which are not to be taken for granted, especially these days) are truly the jewels in the crown that make the difference. Well done... Keep up the good work.

This hotel in a historic villa is truly delightful. The rooms are furnished with a romantic touch, and the amenities are certainly worthy of a four-star hotel. I noticed great attention to cleanliness in the rooms and common areas: the room and bathroom are cleaned daily, and the stairs are cleaned continuously. The spa is small but well-maintained, pleasant, and welcoming. The shuttle service is excellent, a must-have for skiers. The breakfast is superb: quality, variety, and local products. The hotel restaurant, also open to non-residents, is very elegant, with silver cutlery and mirrored placemats, and excellent and well-presented food. Finally, the staff is very friendly and kind. Overall, I would definitely return.
