Pleasant restaurant in its simplicity. The dishes and ingredients are good. Unfortunately, last night's experience was ruined by the terrible service, totally confusing (we were served by 3 different waiters, all very kind but clumsy...) and in the end they forgot to call the fried fish (also excellent), for which we had to wait 40 minutes.... I want to think that it was an isolated incident.

Excellent pizzas as well as desserts. Try the panzerotti from the adjacent fry shop owned by the same owner.

I previously left a positive review for the takeaway. Happy with the experience, my father and I returned for dinner these last 3 evenings. The food at this restaurant is always a guarantee, we ate scialatielli with seafood and one with clams, Greek salad and fabulous fried calamari, prawns and courgettes; a pleasant 360º experience. This evening, like the others, we ate well, the pizzas were very good. But compared to previous evenings, the service was disappointing, almost absent. Arriving at 10pm (because Google remembered the closing time at 11pm) we asked to be seated and were told that the kitchen was closed but that we could order pizzas. Obviously without any problem we asked to sit and that the pizzas were fine. Well and so far everyone is happy except that apparently our presence was not appreciated (or so it seemed). The waitress who served us put things down with little grace, and then didn't see any waiter for the rest of the dinner. I had to get up, still eating, to be able to order a second beer - there were only 4 other place settings present. Well it was even more disappointing to find them sitting at tables in the next room. Oh, not to mention when I asked for another beer than the one ordered and obviously since it wasn't for me I didn't know the brand or the size but they insisted on wanting to know it from me even though I had asked to read the order because I didn't remember. They preferred to ask my father on the other side of the room without even getting close 😟 (embarrassed). Well what can I say to close the story was the moment of payment, the couple in front of us were asked if they liked it etc.. we, obviously, were given the bill and said a nice goodbye, obviously appreciated but disappointing given how they placed themselves with the couple exactly in front of us. We'll be back ? Yes, because the food is good and brings us home, it's worth it, but I will keep in mind the staff shifts so that I can turn around and come back another day when the managers and waiters present this evening will be present. To avoid controversy, a little reflection. Even if the kitchen closes at 10pm, if you stay open until 11pm it would be appreciated to pay attention to the diners in the room, who are not to blame if you let them sit. I attach the receipt to let you note that on our part - aware that they could still be tired and close to closing given that there was 1 hour left - we tried to consume quickly, in fact at 10.49pm we had paid and left. However, to our regret, they were not kind enough to allow us to enjoy a dinner as expected in a restaurant…
