Excellent restaurant. This is our second time there, and it's always excellent. We started with mixed appetizers, followed by pasta with porcini mushrooms and bottarga; delicious. I read some people complaining about the prices. They're negatively reviewing a restaurant where the quality is very high and the dishes are truly original. A special mention goes to MARCO, who welcomed us and guided us through our selection of dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Been here now four five times past year and it has always been very good. This time we tried two meat dishes and the quality is very high. Service is top of the line and the garden is planned very nicely, lush and open area in the middle. Quiet relaxing back ground music and dim lights. Please keep it up! and see you soon. 🙏🙏🙏

Don’t read the bad reviews. Don’t waste your time. This restaurant is stupendous. Wait service was exceptional and attentive. Food was equally classic and forward thinking. If you have an evening to spare for excellent food in an outdoor garden, run.. don’t walk. The waiter’s mother and father run the place and you’re literally eating in their backyard - it does not get more authentic than that.

An experience that is nothing short of sublime. The place is very elegant and comfortable. Food of exceptional quality. First courses with very original combinations and generous portions. But what makes the difference is the service: friendly and helpful staff that always makes the customer feel at the center. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it.

Refined restaurant in an elegant and quiet environment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the traditional Catania dishes satisfy first the eye and then the palate. The bill is adequate for the quality of the service and the menu. Recommended.

11/08/2025: A great wine selection, perfectly mixed cocktails and a very friendly staff. I have no complaints, and during a very busy week was the one place my partner and I ensured we revisited.
26/07/2025: Tried the chicken curry. Should have tried something more local. Felt like it was warmed in the microwave, and it was luke warm. Recommend to try something local and enjoy good wine here.

12/08/2025: From the moment we arrived at Hotel Valleverde, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. What truly sets Valleverde apart is the staff. Every single person we met went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible. Their restaurant is equally as delicious, from pizza to pasta to their August special the Aperifish - of which we had 3! Amazing place to stay in Sicily, couldn’t recommend more!
