I'd like to compliment Ms. Liana, who, on a sultry afternoon in late July, stayed well past closing time to give me all the explanations about the different pen models. The professionalism, patience, and expertise she demonstrated satisfied me beyond measure. The Montblanc brand, which needs no praise, is certainly well represented. After all, it's well known that companies, for better or worse, are made by the people who work there.
