After coming to Martina Franca numerous times, we came across Nausikaa. From the time we entered we were impressed. Didn’t take a photo of our menu to share what we had. I can assure you the food was absolutely amazing. So tender, fresh, tasty and quite original. Nausikaa is very well furnished, the ambience was super comfy! Can’t recommend Nausikaa strong enough if you’re ever in Martina Franca!

Top level service. Innovative cuisine and at the same time respect for the Apulian tradition. First time......but it certainly won't be the last. Adequate price.

An experience in the heart of beautiful Martina Franca. Refined and private place. Excellent service as well as the culinary offering. The selection of appetizers is splendid and will take you on a journey full of emotions. The owner, Martino, an exceptional person, a true master of the room, attentive and friendly. Very honest account!!

Really excellent experience, the food was fantastic both for the starters and for the first course which we loved (gnocchi with nduja mussels and lime). The location is also really nice. Highly recommended

Restaurant in the center of Martina France and at the same time in a quiet alley. Modern cuisine with traditional dishes revisited with success. The service was very pleasant although a little slow (lack of staff?). In any case, recommended for those who want a bit of modern cuisine with local products.

02/08/2024: Beautiful and relaxing location, we had dinner overlooking a beautiful beach, friendly and helpful staff, and patient I must add, fresh fish, everything delicious, even for the bill I expected more instead more than honest, we will be back.
21/07/2024: I was there for dinner the other evening, what can I say, excellent cuisine with attention to detail and attentive and polite owners. A special thanks to Achille who accompanied us throughout the polite and professional dinner, his love for the work he does is evident. Thanks again for the wonderful tasting experience all framed by a wonderful location
