Easily the highest quality of fine food on our 3-week vacation in Puglia. Very recommended! The mixed antipasti for 2 persons was a cascade of surprises. Compliments to the kitchen! The gnocchi: a delight in truffle cream sauce. The ham on the bone: with such a tasty sauce. My god, what a treat. If you like fine cooking: this is your place.

The place is really nice, friendly staff, helpful and ready to satisfy all customer requests, excellent and varied cuisine that mixes tradition with innovation. I recommend stopping by because it's worth it.

In pieno centro di Martina Franca ma un po' nascosto, questo ristorante ha ampi ambienti con tavoli ben distanziati, bei spazi caldi e ben decorati. La carta sorprende per la presenza di piatti a una prima lettura elaborati ma dai sapori ben equilibrati e ricercati. Bombette accompagnate da insalata con salsa di soia, tartare di fassona, spaghetti di castagne al sugo di anatra con salsa di agrumi (che bontà!), guancia di manzo, tenerissima, con polenta arrosto, gnocchi alla fonduta di parmigiano con tartufo nero e infine il tiramisù in boccia di cioccolato. Tutto squisito e innaffiato con ottimo NERO di Troia Castel del Monte dop! Da non perdere a Martina F!

We found this restaurant by chance while wandering around the center of Martina Franca. The idea of ​​offering the traditional cuisine of the area in a different but very captivating way in taste and aesthetics was much appreciated. The place is refined and welcoming at the same time. The service was very good. We liked everything. The presentation of the dishes was also very careful.

After coming to Martina Franca numerous times, we came across Nausikaa. From the time we entered we were impressed. Didn’t take a photo of our menu to share what we had. I can assure you the food was absolutely amazing. So tender, fresh, tasty and quite original. Nausikaa is very well furnished, the ambience was super comfy! Can’t recommend Nausikaa strong enough if you’re ever in Martina Franca!

Top level service. Innovative cuisine and at the same time respect for the Apulian tradition. First time......but it certainly won't be the last. Adequate price.
