We live in San Salvario and once a week we try the various excellent Neapolitan pizzerias in the neighborhood. Napples is our new favorite. Light and digestible dough, large pizzas with delicious ingredients, very careful choice of beers and wines, something that is missing in many other good pizzerias, welcoming environment and fast and very kind staff.

Very quick to serve and the pizza was delicious

Alice: "Good evening, I called to book 3 takeaway pizzas and the conversation was easy to understand (not obvious, appreciated!); a note on the unit of measurement of chips: portions cannot be defined as "right" given that the word does not fall within a rational quantitative definition. Once we arrived at the restaurant, the pizzas were quickly prepared on the spot unlike the chips which were already ready for takeaway. The anonymous and modern place is certainly not Neapolitan but at the same time welcoming and not very noisy. Back home the pizzas presented themselves very well: strong flavours, flavor and cooking masterfully managed, excellent eating. Let's move on to what you could improve for those of us who will be returning: - if not prepared at the moment, make a hole in the box of French fries to prevent them from losing crunchiness through their own steam, thus avoiding unwanted sauna effects. - a "right" portion of chips should be accompanied by a "right" proportion of sauces: each type of sauce. - call it knife tip, call it bra sausage but please, yours is more similar to a frankfurter/salami. - the menus available online should be updated given some differences in ingredients between the various versions and some "inps graphics" to be updated! Pizzeria nel centro di San Salvario, tipicamente napoletana, dai fritti alla pizza con cornicione alto, tutto molto buono con personale veloce e affabile, ambiante con molti ragazzi universitari, che anche se un po' rumorosi rallegrano la sala. Il forno a legna fa il suo dovere, prezzi nella media .

Cena in buona compagnia, altrettanto buona la pizza. Ho preso la pizza "cosacca", sono rimasta stupita dalla sua grandezza. Impasto leggerissimo, davvero buona. Per concludere abbiamo diviso un tiramisù incredibile. Servizio rapidissimo e prezzi validi.
