02/05/2025: The place is welcoming, and the typically Piedmontese menu is always inviting and tasty. There are also non-traditional dishes on the menu and they are also very good. I took the classic veal with tuna sauce, presented in a non-traditional way (the meat separated from the sauce) and then a cherry risotto with ricotta cheese cream and turgy salami... which turned out to be very tasty, combining unconventional flavors and ingredients. For dessert I had the house tiramisu, always very good; but I nibbled from the plates of friends who opted for the house specialty, that is, zabaglione made on the spot and brought to the table with a copper cauldron and served with torcerti, grandmother's cake, meliga pastries. The wine list is also well-stocked and manages to meet the different needs of even the most particular dishes. A place I recommend
