The food was very good. Tip is to have the sea bass for main course and to order the tiramisu for dessert. The best part of the restaurant visit, however, was the incredible wine list and the service we received from our waiter. Don't miss this restaurant if you visit Monopoli.

Excellent and very hospitable service. Top-quality ingredients, truly deliciously cooked. Special mention goes to the selection of raw fish and the excellent wine selection.

Overall, the food was good to very good. The quality of the ingredients and the attractive presentation are particularly noteworthy. The primo, on the other hand, seemed rather unimaginative – the taste was okay, but not convincing. For the price, I would have expected homemade pasta, which unfortunately wasn't the case. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. However, it's clear that the restaurant is heavily geared toward tourists: It's automatically assumed that you don't speak Italian, and the clientele was 100% English-speaking – we were the only exception. The wine recommendation was very good, and the wine list is impressively extensive – a real highlight of the evening. Conclusion: A good experience, but for me, one visit is enough. It lacks that certain something that makes you come back.
