One of those experiences that leave a lasting impression. From the first moment, you sense a rare attention to every detail: from the warm yet discreet welcome to the attentive yet unobtrusive service. The ingredients are simply extraordinary, and the dishes are expertly prepared.
The wine list is remarkable, along with the knowledge of each bottle, and the extra virgin olive oil used is excellent. Also recommended for celiacs.

The menu is truly intriguing; the chef showcases local produce with technique and surprising pairings. The tartares are incredible, as are the first and second courses; the fresh fish is prepared with love. A special mention goes to the service; the manager, Gianni, is top-notch.

Fantástico restaurante. Gianni, el propietario te saluda al entrar. Además, es el único servidor y sumiller. Él es tan conocedor y eficiente. Uno debe empezar con uno de los carpaccios. Probamos el atún y las langostinas. Ambos eran tan frescos y sabrosos.
. Para el segundoi, tres de nosotros disfrutamos del besugo servido con un puré de hinojo. Todos los cursos secondi utilizan el método sous vide. Por lo tanto, el pescado se derritió en su boca y combinado con la salsa es etéreo. Uno de nuestros invitados disfrutó de la mejilla de ternera que es tierna también. La comida se acompaña de tres panes caseros. Mi favorita era la nuez. Gianni recomendó un vino de Apulia que tenía un precio muy justo adornado nuestra comida.
Este es un restaurante imprescindible cuando se come en Monopoli.
