Fantástico restaurante. Gianni, el propietario te saluda al entrar. Además, es el único servidor y sumiller. Él es tan conocedor y eficiente. Uno debe empezar con uno de los carpaccios. Probamos el atún y las langostinas. Ambos eran tan frescos y sabrosos. . Para el segundoi, tres de nosotros disfrutamos del besugo servido con un puré de hinojo. Todos los cursos secondi utilizan el método sous vide. Por lo tanto, el pescado se derritió en su boca y combinado con la salsa es etéreo. Every dish is packed with flavour and beautifully presented, from fresh seafood to traditional Puglian fare with a modern twist. The local wine selection is superb, with perfectly matched pairings and plenty of gems to discover. But it is its owner Gianni who makes the experience truly special. Warm, passionate and full of knowledge, he treats every guest like an old friend. Authentic, delicious and welcoming — My Wine is not to be missed.

Delicious food, option for more extensive options would be appropriate here. The service was very good, knowledgeable about wine and food.

Best meal we had in Italy! We ended up going twice during our stay in Monopoli. It’s small and intimate and the staff is so wonderful. Highly recommend the duck, steak, curdo, octopus, and all the desserts were amazing!
