Let me start by saying we're not vegan. We came in by chance, drawn by the very pleasant setting and atmosphere. A whole new world opened up to us... Excellent, carefully prepared, and tasty food. A revelation. The staff is very welcoming, carefully describing each course. I highly recommend the experience.

Fantastic, creative food, all vegan, even the drinks. Be prepared for a rather upscale restaurant with correspondingly high prices. However, the service is exceptional and the food is of superb quality.

A peaceful and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Ortigia (Syracuse). The food is excellent, and they have a culinary lab where they make amazing "cheeses." The desserts are simply divine. Highly recommended, even if you're not vegan.

Excellent. We had a sensational lunch: a salad, nicknamed "Cinderella's Garden of Sicily."
A salad inspired by the story by Italo Calvino: mixed vegetables, fresh seasonal fruit, and violets that enhanced the sweetness of the dates. The dish is topped with an aromatic dressing and a drizzle of olive oil.
The counter made from old drawers is worth the visit. You can also have lunch outside. We had lunch outdoors. Highly recommended!
