A truly welcoming restaurant with qualified staff who are very attentive to your needs. Even though I had never eaten vegan, I have to admit that the flavors are exquisite. The atmosphere you breathe is fantastic. I recommend it.

What a gorgeous space and ambiance - curated, elegant, spacious, distinctive. The food was wonderful and with great variety, and we enjoyed a good Salina wine. The service is what stood out the most: our server was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and kind. I will definitively be back, and you should, too. ❤️

We are not vegans, but today we wanted to try this type of cuisine. We trusted the excellent reviews and we weren't wrong. The Moon offers cuisine with dishes that are distant from our way of understanding food, but it didn't make us regret it at all. Tasty dishes, prepared with skill and with quality natural products, served with all the information possible. And on the products used, and on the way to consume them with much appreciated goodies provided by Andrea. Excellent, friendly and competent service always ready to satisfy any need. You can have lunch/dinner both inside and outside. The interior is made up of a period room furnished with simplicity but taste. It's a shame that some humidity infiltrations have, in several places, ruined the plaster, the reason for the 4 stars under the environment heading. Excellent desserts and an excellent alternative to traditional cuisine. I recommend it
