Pos "breakdown" and not providing the receipt makes you lose 2 ⭐️ for a well-kept place, in a nice location and where you eat well 🤷‍♂️

Restaurant-shelter at the start of the ski lift of the same name... everything as it should be... the dishes are delicious (both the first and second courses), the desserts are decent... it costs a lot (€18 a plate of pasta), but it is also true that they only work hard 3 months a year and only if there is snow... they have to maintain themselves... but a €25 tourist menu could attract people regardless of the snow...

Every time I go it's always the same story: the POS doesn't work and not even a sign of the receipt. Luckily for them they are the only ones and have a monopoly (being Sicilian and knowing how things go their monopoly will be forever) I doubt that others can invest and create competition. Thousands of people camped in the only service structure.

Suggestive place located in Piano Provenzana right on the slopes. Great for enjoying some hot chocolate and relaxing a bit after a morning in the snow

Beautiful experience given where the restaurant is located, the only flaw is the blonde lady at the cash register who is very rude, obnoxious, and mostly stingy given that she didn't even offer us the bitters given the bill, for the rest I congratulate her.

I have known this place for many years. The service often leaves something to be desired but the food has always been very good. Years later I must say that the portions have decreased and the prices have instead increased exponentially. Too bad...although I understand that this is due to the absolute lack of competition, given that it is the only restaurant at the foot of the ski slope in Piano Provenzana

Posto incantevole, cibo idem, il personale super gentile e disponibile. Mia moglie aveva freddo e le hanno offerto una felpa per scaldarsi...penso che questo dica tutto
